I can't say enough. My water heater burst right before Christmas Eve and I not only was without hot water, but I had no water whatsoever. I was already stressed from cleaning up the mess that flooded my bedroom and closet at night and had almost given up hope after two calls to other companies that did not help me. Mike answered my call promptly and was very patient getting information from me since I had already bought a replacement water heater that morning. I could not believe he said he would come out and help me that same day which was Saturday 12/23. When he finally showed up, that afternoon I wanted to kiss him. After explaining some details on the phone, he gave me a ballpark estimate which some companies won't and that took some of my stress away. His knowledge and experience is far above a 5-star rating and I have another water heater to replace and some smaller jobs that I will have him come back for soon. I can't say enough and only hope his demand is not so high in the future that it will be hard to get him back, but he does deserve nothing but the best in a superb, qualified rating. read more

Long overdue review, but if you're looking for a plumber, rejoice, your search is over! After our plumber of 25 years retired, I panicked. Finding a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber can at times be daunting. Our water heater and gas stove both quit on us the day before Thanksgiving. Michael, the owner of MPR Plumbing had already gone away for his Thanksgiving holiday, but offered to come to our home first thing Sunday after Thanksgiving. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any, and all questions we had. And true to his word, we were in hot showers by Sunday night! Mike is the BEST!!! Great quality! Fair Price! I called him for a large complicated remodel and Mike hit it out of the park! This project took months and although Mike was not involved on a day to day I never had to be concerned that he would be here to take care of the job when he was needed! If you ever have a job where you know you may need someone that can do it all and not have to call the office or backup? This is the man. Arrived on time the tub faucet cartridge shattered due to corrosion and the job turned into a bigger one. Micheal was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced Mechanically. Fairly priced for the quality and expert work. He had to cut two holes and when he left I couldn't even tell (in cabinets). Would highly recommend. read more
