Had JB'S contracting come out to fix an issue with the subpannel in a home we have for sale in Alford. The panel a double tapped breaker and one empty socket. They I stalled one 20 amp tandem breaker at $475 dollars, this breaker is less than 20 dollars at lowes and 2 20 amp standard breakers at $750 dollar also less than 20 dollars each at lowes which is where the tech went to buy at least one of the breakers because they were short one. This job took less than 30 minutes and on a skill level requirement is about a 2 out of 10 not difficult in the least. This is a unethical predatory company who should be ashamed of themselves but obviously have no ethics. Do not use them if you value your hard earned money. I have receipts to back this up and it's pure theft. They took advantage of my wife because I wasn't there. read more

These good reviews are from Jensen Beach Plumbing, NOT JB Services. They charged my sister who is 88 years old, $250 just to come to the house. the element went in her hot water heater (in a trailer), then came back a few days later to change the element and the total cost was $600. Outrageous. I've asked them to make this right. Let's see what happens. read more

Been using them for many years . My water heater went and had to replace it this week . The morning I called they showed up that day . Alex was our plumber they sent , he is so good respectful, clean working . When he was done he did an unbelievable job total craftsmen . He is some one that should be asked for if you need work done . Can't say more about Jb services but 5 Stars !! read more

I have used Jensen beach plumbing quite a few times now. Found them to be very accommodating. Fair priced and honest. Girls in the office are very nice as well. Good company. I started with Jensen when another local plumber lied to me 3 times about showing up. And then I turned away another outfit that showed up with a new fancy truck and an expensive mural painted all over the outside. Then the guy got out of the truck with an Ipad to quote putting a plumbing snake in a 25 ft outside drain pipe. The quote for a 20 minute job was more than the Ipad. read more

After finding we had a leak at our main water shutoff valve I called Jensen Beach Plumbing. The person I spoke with said they'd have someone at our home around lunch time, which was several hours later. No big deal. Hung up the phone, and about 10 minutes later I was told a service tech was on his way and would be arriving within 30 minutes. Talk about fast service! The break in the line was quickly found (roots apparently got to it) and was repaired within about an hour and a half. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and diagnosed, and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service, and glad I checked out Yelp reviews. Six years ago these guys were great. They've gone downhill fast. I hired them to remove old bath and shower fixtures and then to come back after the refinishing was done to put in new ones. It's been a nightmare, and I have now been without either shower or bath for a week and a half. I have also been to three different stores on 5 separate occasions to try and get the parts they told me I needed, only to be told again today that they can't finish the job. Last year I had a toilet leak and it turned out to be no more than a loose bolt, which they tightened--and charged me $120 for. I'm never using them again. read more

Call someone else! Lenny called 15 minutes before appointment time to tell me he just figured out he was 45 minutes away? Then I told him I could not wait that long and he hung the phone up on me. Jensen Beach Plumbing has always been friendly. However, it took them three tries to properly replace my hot water heater. They did eventually get it right. The performed a repair three years ago on my condominium shower which cost $3,000. It is now leaking again and has to be repaired again because they used the wrong drain pan and did not properly caulk the seal. read more

Don't bother with this company. You call them as a Landlord for your tenant who is having a problem, they tell you that as soon as they get there, they'll notify you of the problem/cause of problem/findings. They were there for less than 10 minutes, they told my tenant they would call me, yet no phone call ever came. Instead, beset a month later- a surprise bill of $110 arrives in the mail for "First HOUR of labor." I call and speak with someone who was defensive from the start, rude, and sarcastic. She stated that whether they are here for "five minutes or an hour," the fee is the same. I tried to explain that the issue wasn't about me paying the bill, it was about not being advised of what was involved and what they had to do to fix the clogged toilet. She went onto sarcastically say that "normally," the plumbers never call. "It's not like they have x-day vision and are able to see what caused the clog..." she went onto say. This wonderful woman than decides that hanging up on a customer was the appropriate way to handle the call. What an excellent job at Customer Service and Satisfaction you've accomplished as the owner of Jensen Beach Plumbing, Peggy! Maybe next time you should lead by example, as an owner, and next time not hang up on customers. Part of Customer Service is knowing how to handle good and bad phone calls. I work as a healthcare professional, and I am sure if I were to respond the way YOU did to me, at the hospital- you'd raise hell.
