The job was supposed to include fixing a leak and removing a slop sink, then capping/shutting off the line until we replaced it. They did fix the leak, but they left the slop sink in place with the faucet still leaking, so the work was only partially completed, and they still insisted on upfront payment. To make things worse, the person on the phone was extremely rude and told me I "should have mentioned" that they'd have to wait for payment. Isn't that something the company should clarify in advance? Overall, a very unprofessional experience.
