Chase and John at Rooter One Plumbing were outstanding. I had three other plumbing companies come out before them, and every one of them declined the job because it was "too much work." That was frustrating, to say the least. Chase and John showed up, didn't make excuses, and got it done. That kind of work ethic is hard to find these days. If you want a company that actually shows up ready to solve the problem--not walk away from it--call Rooter One Plumbing. Highly recommend. -- Tommy, Jensen Beach, FL read more

I can NOT say enough good things about this company from start to finish. I spoke with Stephanie at night and she was going to send someone out to get a little bit of relief but we told her no it's okay we could wait til morning. morning came I got the phone call stating they'd be on their way and Trish was the most friendliest employee ever! helped out and definitely did a great job! I couldn't say I've had better service with septic clean out than this! she was very informative and very knowledgeable. we will definitely be using you all again in the future! Trish you're awesome and thank you so much!! read more

Imaging spending 10k on plumbing for them to come 3 times and never get it correct. And when you leave a review they send you a text saying take it down or their attorneys will get involved! I paid 10k to repipe a house, because they insured me that's the only way the house would stop leaking and the house still leaks to this day. Now to fix the same leak I paid 10k to fix they told me it's $4400. But I called 3 different places and got a quote for 1900-2400. Then Rooter gave me a discount for 2000, But you gave me a discount of 2k cause you over charged me 2k. I spent 10k and still have the same problem I had when I started, and you're charging me higher than everyone else and I spent 0 with them and 10k with you and the job is still incomplete. They put credit on quote to make it seem like it's a deal but they overcharging you and taking it off with credit read more

Simple faucet R&R minor drainpipe work $350.00. Took maybe 2 hrs. Seems expensive to me will use someone else next time. But what do you do once they are in your house you get it fixed kind of got you, I even supplied the faucet. Revised review Jamie was true to his word. Refunded me $100.00 better price for repair. I chose Joe with Roto One out of 4 other companies to install a new water heater. I didn't feel like I was taken very seriously by the others. I've never dealt with these types of things and I had alot of questions but felt like I was taken seriously by the others. Joe's vibe was respectable during the estimate. I felt really comfortable with him and that's huge when you're going to have someone in your home. The job turned out to be trickier than expected due to the limited access under the crawl space of my stairs. He remained calm and super professional throughout the entire process. If integrity and professionalism are priorities for your project then you're going to want to consider Joe from Roto One. read more

I am in New York and had a problem with our two toilets backing up at our home in Palm City. I looked for a rotor company and found rooter one. They came to the house immediately and serviced the problem. The employee who came to the house to fix the problem was wonderful. His name is Joe . He was efficient and very kind and knowledgeable. If I could, I would give this company a 10 star rating. I recommend their services highly. Thank you, Susan P read more

Finding honest and helpful companies can be difficult sometimes - I am ecstatic to have found Rooter One! Pete was more than helpful - I called after hours and he was willing to make the trip to help our family get our septic tank back up and running late in the evening. We ended up scheduling for the morning and he was at my house by 9 am to get the job done! As a first time customer I expected to get squeezed in later in the day, but Pete came and fixed our problem first thing - he knew I had a family member on hospice in the home and he wanted to make sure her level of care wasn't diminished. I am so thankful I found such an amazing company to help with this problem. Safe to say we will only be using Rooter One from here on out! read more

ACS Rooter One - Plumbing Near Me - Fort Pierce, Florida

The service response was great. The technician was knowledgeable. We appreciated there candidness and estimate. The replacement of tankless water heater and installation a bit pricey. We recognize the inflationary times we are in. We don't dismiss using their services in the future. We wish to tank the technician, Peter, for coming out. read more

First time using Rooter One, I had to have my water pipes replaced and Peter was on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I tried to get a realistic estimate but the response was very vague. I would like to see an estimate based on my address and description. All I got was that it is $365 plus (no explanation, just that technician will advise once on site.) I want to know before hiring Rooter One. This almost looks like an automated response. read more

I contacted Angie's list and they sent out Rooter One the next day with Jay. Jay took off the lid to my septic tank, quoted me a price, and took care of the problem. I would suggest Rooter One to my friends and family and more specifically Jay as he was courteous and professional. read more

I have never had bad service at Rooter One, and I've used them numerous times in the past. We called them for issues at our now-defunct restaurant, and use them at the house. They've fixed our toilets, unclogged drains, installed new faucets, and I know they do much more than that. Their customer service reps are great, their techs are prompt and knowledgeable, and I have never had a complaint. Indeed, I've tried others in the past during a plumbing emergency and ended up calling Rooter One out to come fix that other company's mistakes. Please consider them when looking for plumbing help. Duane came out today and helped us with our kitchen sink and a drain clog. Two separate issues fixed relatively easily, although he did need to cut into the counter to accommodate a slightly larger faucet. He did so without complaint, and without damage to our counters. Great service, nice people, all around a good company to go to. read more

Last night I had a problem with leaking water in my guest bathroom which was going through the floor. Rooter One was recommended for this emergency visit. I contacted Rooter One, spoke with Linda who was very reassuring about how quickly my problem was going to be addressed, evaluated and I would be contacted. It was not long before I received a phone call from Lawrence who evaluated the problem, was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem. Lawrence went over and above in taking care of the problem at a cost which was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Rooter One! read more

Had a great experience with Rooter one. My septic was backing up and they were at my house withing an hour. I also had them replace my water heater. I want to compliment the two plumbers that perform the job, William and Paul. Thanks again Rooter one. read more

Terrible Company and would not recommend them under any circumstances. I hired them to do a septic and drain field inspection prior to the purchase of my new home and they did not do a complete and thorough inspection. As a result, I have had to pay over $6,000 for a new drain field. What made matters worse, is their VP of Operations, Scott, is incredibly unreasonable and has no customer service skills at all. I only wish I would have read the reviews before using them. read more
