I hired them to do the pump, Bubba came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us some good information. Well, yesterday I had to find someone to help us with a now busted pipe (hole in pipe size of a golf ball) I asked around in our neighborhood Facebook group, and they all recommended All about Septic, so I called them again to help. Jason and Tiffany really worked with us to make it possible to be taken care of. As a single income family in this economy its hard and we are scraping by, they really made an effort to help when it was needed. I will more then likely never use another septic company as long as I live here. The staff I have had contact with are all very nice. I would 100% recommend this company over and over again. They have been cheaper then others and the customer care is really great!

This is my first review on Yelp, but I was so amazed at how professional the people in this company…read more(Fort Pierce) are that I had to write a review for them. They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

That was frustrating, to say the least. Chase and John showed up, didn't make excuses, and got it done. That kind of work ethic is hard to find these days. If you want a company that actually shows up ready to solve the problem--not walk away from it--call Rooter One Plumbing. Highly recommend. -- Tommy, Jensen Beach, FL

Bass came out and looked at the broken pipe and figured out a way to reroute the pipe around the house to the septic system. (Just FYI it had been broken for years). They cleaned out the septic tank and, with no pressure, suggested that I do a complete service on the septic field (which I agreed needed to be done after 20 years living in the house). Services were reasonably priced for the extent of the job. They were fast to answer the phone, came out to look over everything the next day, and was out to the big fix less than a week later. All the guys were very professional. I would highly recommend. Will B (Ft. Pierce)

We received nothing short of five-star service: * My inquiry…read morefrom the website was promptly answered * Information was succinctly and accurately provided, including a quote for the entire charge for the service * I was able to make an appointment for later in day * Technicians arrived promptly, preceded by both a text-based ETA and then a phone call * Technicians were friendly, polite, and very considerate, cleaning my driveway and then rolling up the hose for me (waaaay above and beyond any reasonable expectation considering they found the hose in a tangled pile in the grass) * Charge for service was lower than I expected and service was better than I expected! I want to underline two items which were VERY important to me: EVERYTHING, from me submitting inquiries through e-mail and their website, to their subsequent responses and same-day scheduling, was completed online! This is something of which other companies in the Okeechobee area should take note, because some of them have lost my business because they did not answer my online inquiries. Also, the exceptional cost and services for the pump-out service, makes me more likely to call Austin sooner than later (i.e. instead of waiting until I am sure that the tank needs to be pumped again).
