For this, I am much appreciative, and will definitely use them for my other upcoming electrical needs. I am first time homeowner... and my outside outlets no longer worked after a storm... apparently there is an outlet in the garage that trips (not a fuse or circuit breaker like I thought) it's simply needed to be reset. I never would have figured that out in my own but It was protip that I won't forget. Thanks Kayla at Stott Brothers Electric !

He was a wonderful person and gave us great suggestions for the work. Every time we call to start the job we would talk to Kayla. She said that she would have Jason call and send us an estimate. We would wait for a call back for several days. We never heard from Jason or any other employee / owner. After several calls to the company Kayla would say again and again that Jason would call us back. No one ever called back. I believe they are not telling Jason because he is a worker that had great communication with us. We are using another local company.

They told me that they'll try and find if someone makes a generic one that fits the old panel but if not, they'll have to install a whole new circuit panel which would cost thousands. After some research, they found a circuit breaker that fit and fixed the problem. They could've been dishonest and pretended the circuit breaker didn't exist and made a lot of money off of me. But they were honest and fixed the problem for me saving me tons of money while accommodating working around my work schedule. Cody did a great job, and I highly recommend using this honest family-owned company. They were recommended by my AC guys at Tracy Steele Air Conditioning Inc. which is also a very honest family-owned company.

Thanks to an amazing grant a few years ago we were able to get set up with a stand by entire farm running generator! Unfortunately the generator was not new and had problems. But thanks to an amazing donation this year we were able to get the Briggs and Stratton 22KW generator replaced to a brand new one!!!! Special thanks to @star-generation LLC generators! Rich and Nick were incredibly kind and. professional, they actually came out on the 4th of July to get it done!!! WOW !!! And beat ALL THE COMPETITION PRICES!! We are so lucky and grateful, we absolutely have no worries with power outages now. The animals will all be comfortable and we won't have to worry about their special diets and meds going bad too. Rich and his team provided us with outstanding service. We are extremely thankful we found them…read more We have an 11 year old Generac 22kw whole house backup generator. FPL had a short in the main power line feeding our house. The result was several circuits to our appliances were dead. Rich, with his considerable expertise, was quickly able to diagnose the problem. A transformer in the transfer switch assembly was blown and it affected some of the load shedding units. Parts we're ordered and everything was fixed within a couple days. We also had an issue with the generator kicking in and running even when there was no power outage. The generator would run until manually turned off. This made it impractical to leave the generator in standby mode. Rich was able to fix this, too. As an added measure for peace of mind we installed Mobile Link, on Rich's recommendation, to keep us advised 24/7 on the status of the generator. Works perfectly. Our 11 year old backup generator works better than when it was new. We strongly recommend Star Generation for all your generator service, maintenance and installation needs. Fair pricing, deep expertise and customer focused service.
