I believe they are not telling Jason because he is a worker that had great communication with us. We are using another local company.

Sarah turned up promptly and gave me a quote which I accepted and said the office would be in touch to schedule to do the work. After two days and not hearing anything, I called to schedule the work to be done, and the office manager scheduled the work to be done. After taking a day off work, Eskew Electric didn't turn up at the scheduled time, I called the office and was told that they had no record of my work. The owner called me back and I explain all the interactions I had with his company and his words were "That doesn't happen" and basically suggested that I had not scheduled the work. After I challenged him on this I was informed that he didn't want my business.

FPL had a short in the main power line feeding our house. The result was several circuits to our appliances were dead. Rich, with his considerable expertise, was quickly able to diagnose the problem. A transformer in the transfer switch assembly was blown and it affected some of the load shedding units. Parts we're ordered and everything was fixed within a couple days. We also had an issue with the generator kicking in and running even when there was no power outage. The generator would run until manually turned off. This made it impractical to leave the generator in standby mode. Rich was able to fix this, too. As an added measure for peace of mind we installed Mobile Link, on Rich's recommendation, to keep us advised 24/7 on the status of the generator. Works perfectly. That's something I really appreciate because it's becoming harder and harder to find locally owned companies these days. The only frustrating part of the process was getting an updated quote. We had waited too long, and the original estimate had expired. My husband called the office several times, and each time they had to take down all of his information again because it apparently had never been entered into the system. That seemed a bit unusual, as I would expect everyone to have access to the same customer information. After discussing our options with the salesman, we decided to move forward. The installation was scheduled just a few days later. We had both the inside and outside units replaced. The crew arrived around 9:00 a.m. and finished shortly after 2:00 p.m. One of the heater components that was delivered was incorrect, but we were informed that the technician would return with the correct part. The installers were friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I chatted with them a few times throughout the day, and they worked efficiently to get everything completed. The installation also included a new thermostat, with the cost. Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that our electric bill will drop significantly. Our old system seemed to run nonstop, and I'm hoping this new, more efficient unit will make a noticeable difference.
