The owner got back to me the next morning. He sent Jay over to assess the situation and give me pricing that day! Jay was friendly, professional and communicative-- explaining the scope of work needed and the associated pricing. He was able to fit us in for part of the work that same day and came back the next day to finish the job. He did an outstanding job! We even had a freaky situation of roots growing up in one of the toilets and he took the time to explain how best to manage this moving forward. Prices are extremely fair and Jay did an amazing job of cleaning up the work site after he was finished. I will certainly be recommending this business to anyone in need of plumbing services. A+

Rather than unnecessarily run up a bill, he explained the likely root causes and suggested a course of action. The team went on to look at 2 other issues that were on my list and more than satisfied my requirements for a plumbing call. Truth be told, I procrastinated on scheduling this because of the fear of an enormous bill. Let me summarize: - I chose Premier because they are on the preferred vendor list for my community PLUS on the list of the realtor agency from whom I purchased my house. - I therefore believe it was no coincidence that the service was excellent. - And the fee was completely reasonable. On time, polite, excellent skills and a fair price. Need I say more?
