All of them determined there is a huge leak in my evap coil, and I would need to get an entire new system for thousands of dollars. A/C Doctors was the only one to realise there was something else amiss, and to take the time and properly diagnose the issue. Turns out it was a plugged up valve. They fixed the valve for a fraction of the price of the other companies, and now my A/C is running ice cold. If you need help with your A/C but don't know who to call, this is it, this is the company you are looking for. Knowledgeable, communicative, no nonsense service. 4 other companies got it wrong. I installed the Flynn Heat Pump system on 10/10/20. Heating and cooling systems were working fine…read moreuntil I had to change to the new Freon in 2020. We had two AC units: one from Flynn for the main part of the house and one from another company for the master bedroom. We had to replace both heat pumps. After installation the master bedroom unit continued to work with no issues. Not the case for the Flynn paid $7025.00 for a heat pump system that controlled the main part of the house. I wasn't getting any heat so I called Flynn. They could not fix the problem but charged me $650 for service not rendered! Flynn had the nerve to put their name on my system as a message to others that only Flynn can perform repairs. This morning, the temperature in Port St Lucie Florida was down to 29 degrees. To get any kind of relief, we have to wear coats and hats even though the thermostat is set at 83 degrees! The master bedroom unit settings is set at 73 degrees usually set @ 75 for heat.

The staff here were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The parking lot is a bit small and while I was there a tractor trailer was blocking the entrance on the one side. No, big deal, I just pulled in the other entrance. If you are an HVAC professional, this Johnstone Supply is a great option. Again, with them being located in Fort Pierce and you are doing a job here or in one of the towns closer by, this location can save you a trip to West Palm Beach (which would save you about an hour each way in travel). I would definitely recommend here.

A few weeks after every service visit, something breaks. Every time. It's thousands and thousands of dollars to get it fixed. I mentioned this to them and they became aggressively defensive. They're quick to answer, quick to charge my credit card but very slow to repair. I should have been checking their reviews. It sounds like this isn't uncommon. I'm on day 4 of no AC waiting for a $1500 compressor that's under warrantee. I'll be finding a different company now.
