I hope that the only reason this vendor did not follow up with me as promised is because they are busy and successful, as my initial call was returned promptly, courteously, and professionally. (October 2020) I was hopeful during the time we discussed multiple household maintenance tasks and materials that need to be purchased. Unfortunately, Rich never showed up as promised, even after I followed up to schedule with him several times, it was usually "I'll get there this week", " I have those air conditioner filters in my truck", etc.. Unfortunately no one ever arrived to provide the estimates, services, or made a call to me to reschedule. We called Rich since he had a great rating. I was expecting to leave a message, but he answered his phone. I told him that we bought two toilets and they needed to be installed, while removing the current toilets we had. He told us over the phone that he could do it for a very reasonable price and that he could come over the next day to check it out. He came over as expected and checked out the old toilets and the new ones, still in boxes. After looking at the new toilet, he knew that he had to get a few items that wasn't part of the toilet kit and he told us about how much each item would cost. I had no problems with that since he knew what he needed for the job. This was a Sunday. He said that he would be able to come back on Thursday to do the job and he was prompt. Fast forward a couple of hours and we had two new toilets installed, as well as two towel racks that he hung up. He also got rid of our old toilets so we wouldn't have to. All this and a very reasonable price after he purchased the few things he needed. My wife and I already have a list for him to work on in the future! read more
