This past week we called Morrisons to come look at a small leak, or water main inside our garage…read morewall. We had asked another plumbing company to come look at it earlier, and they said it needed to completely re-piped throughout our garage at the cost of over $1800+. Naturally, with that kind of an expense, I called for a second opinion, and Morrison Plumbing came out. Justin initially came out to look at the main water line into the house. He took the time to explain how the waterlines are distributed throughout the house and estimated that it was inside the CBS block where the line comes into the house and that the hard water deposits probably created a leak in the inner wall of the 20 year old copper pipe. Two days later, Wayne and his coworker measured where the pipe comes into the garage on the backside and cut into the wall and was able to locate the leak and replace the fitting. They also extended the CPVC pipe so it will not be an issue in the future. The cost was one-quartet of the price quote we were given by another plumbing company. They got the job done within a couple of hours of labor. This weekend, I refilled the section chipped away to get to the pipe with mortar myself. Now everything's good to go. My wife and I were very happy with Morrison Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend their work and their integrity. We will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
