We recently purchased an older home, and after our well pump suddenly stopped working last night (surprise!), we were left without running water and needed help fast. Ronnie, one of their skilled plumbers, came to the rescue. He quickly identified the issue as a faulty pressure switch and had it replaced in no time. Ronnie was not only highly knowledgeable and efficient but also professional and friendly throughout the entire process, carefully explaining what he was doing and why. David was professional and Answered all my questions and He was able to get me scheduled in for a new roof before hurricane season!! The crew was professional and did a excellent job on the roof. There was one minor problem with some stains being left on my walkway and driveway and the company went out of their way to fix the problem. David and Barbara and Eddie sent out a painter when the stain was not able to be removed with cleaner. Barbara was so nice to come out and she went out of her way to help me with the walkway and the driveway. She even came back and checked on the painter that was painting the driveway. Great customer service! Really nice people! My neighbors were impressed with not only the roofing job and also the fact that they Restored my driveway to its original state. The gutters were loosened and put back when the job was completed. Some of the gutter corners now have serious leaks. I have been told several times someone would be there but there was always an excuse why no one showed up. The last communication I received was August 4, 2019, where I was told to "stop bothering my men" and again stating someone would come to see and fix the problem. As of today, October, 14, 2019 I'm still waiting. They just don't follow up to make necessary repairs.
