They I stalled one 20 amp tandem breaker at $475 dollars, this breaker is less than 20 dollars at lowes and 2 20 amp standard breakers at $750 dollar also less than 20 dollars each at lowes which is where the tech went to buy at least one of the breakers because they were short one. This job took less than 30 minutes and on a skill level requirement is about a 2 out of 10 not difficult in the least. This is a unethical predatory company who should be ashamed of themselves but obviously have no ethics. Do not use them if you value your hard earned money. I have receipts to back this up and it's pure theft. They took advantage of my wife because I wasn't there.

He took the time to meet with us, see the job we were interested in, answer all of our questions, concerns and had extremely fair pricing. It was obvious he cared about us and our project. Scheduling couldn't be easier either. His secretary was personable. We got emails with the scope of work on paper and even text messages confirming and reminding us of our appointment as the week went along. Doug and Scott showed up on time and ready to work. My mother, who is 74, trusted them because others in her community used them, and I'm sure the Jupiter location and lighthouse logo didn't hurt! I confronted LP about how the copper pipes were mounted on the exterior of the home as they did the job. They had copper pipes running down the white exterior wall of a home in a beautiful Palm Beach Gardens community. Subpar work anywhere in modern times! LP said it wasn't possible to mount on the interior and refused to mount on the interior. I was then assured that this was okay and would not be an issue with the HOA. I explained that it would be an issue for me if the HOA or Code was violated. I was assured it would not be a problem! End result... their work resulted in an HOA violation and costing more out-of-pocket expenses to correct! Modern plumbing is not normally run down the exterior of a home! Grant said he would correct the plumbing with more money and at a discount ($395), which he stated was "at cost". Grant said he cannot be expected to be held accountable for HOA rules. It should be noted that Grant was yelling at me when I called him out on the deception. I questioned his yelling when he finally allowed me to speak and Grant blamed his loud voice on his diesel truck. Ok. lol. It appears that running pipes down the exterior like the 60's is easier and more lucrative . Why would you hire this company??? Buyer beware!!! In my opinion, based on education and experience, Grant wanted to make more money by cutting corners by being misleading and deceptive. We were 100% willing to have the job done right the first time. Grant complained that he would have to charge more. It's sad that some contractors are deceptive and lack transparency. I get it though...I guess there's a lot of older people here to take advantage of.

I spoke with Rachel to set up the appt, but it ended up being more than just a quick conversation to schedule appt. We talked about the process of the lining, the repair, and we talked about kids and life, as well. It was like I knew her a very long time. I made the appt for the camera. While at the home after the camera inspection, Ryan told me there was a blockage and the camera did not go all the way through. It was as bad as I expected, and I was really nervous. The video was submitted to Dan. Dan called me and went through a thorough explanation of what they do and what needed to be done to repair and line the pipes. After speaking with Dan, my nerves were calmed. I felt I made the right choice in calling and using Kwik Plumbers. He offered me a fair price and worked with me as we were repeat customers of theirs. The response was immediate and so profession. Bob was very willing to accommodate my schedule and despite that I really didn't know what was wrong, he committed to coming in the short window I had available and equipped with parts he made need. (Other plumbing companies said they had to do an evaluation of what was wrong and even suggested it might take several appointments if parts were needed). Bob stayed in touch on the day of the appointment and arrived promptly on time. After an inspection of several non working faucets upstairs, bob took the time to show me what was wrong, explain fixes to my problem, and basically give me a demonstration of what the problems were. It helped me to make decisions about moving forward. After agreeing to repairs, Dylewski repaired all my issues and even inspected other areas of the house (at no charge) to make sure things were functioning properly. The work was excellent and he worked non-stop while he was there. Very professional. I highly recommend and I will absolutely use Dylewski Plumbing next time I have any issues.
