And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. I confronted LP about how the copper pipes were mounted on the exterior of the home as they did the job. They had copper pipes running down the white exterior wall of a home in a beautiful Palm Beach Gardens community. Subpar work anywhere in modern times! LP said it wasn't possible to mount on the interior and refused to mount on the interior. I was then assured that this was okay and would not be an issue with the HOA. I explained that it would be an issue for me if the HOA or Code was violated. I was assured it would not be a problem! End result... their work resulted in an HOA violation and costing more out-of-pocket expenses to correct! Modern plumbing is not normally run down the exterior of a home! Grant said he would correct the plumbing with more money and at a discount ($395), which he stated was "at cost". Grant said he cannot be expected to be held accountable for HOA rules. It should be noted that Grant was yelling at me when I called him out on the deception. I questioned his yelling when he finally allowed me to speak and Grant blamed his loud voice on his diesel truck. Ok. lol.
