Joseph, and his assistant Juan, are fantastic! We originally hired Perfect Plumbing to install our new dishwasher. When Joseph summarized the installation he did, he told us he installed the dishwasher correctly and it's level, but the dishwasher door doesn't open/close the way it should because the surrounding cabinets are warped due to water damage. He told us the garbage disposal is leaking, and he also told us how to dry everything out. My husband replaced the garbage disposal, but when we did a load of laundry (in the adjacent area) the kitchen floor became flooded. So, we called Perfect Plumbing again. Joseph researched the situation and told us that he needs to replace the old piping (~64 years old). That means he has to cut out the wall in a few places to get to the pipes--behind the fridge is a hole about 5.5'x2', by the washing machine is a hole about 5"x5", and under the sink is a hole about 4'x2'. He also created a new cleanout because the original cleanout is not very good. Joseph also installed a new waterline to go to our refrigerator. Before they left, Juan cleaned up everything very well. Joseph even removed the annoying remainder of the protective film that was stuck on the front of our new dishwasher door! Joseph is a very accomplished plumber and we would hire him again. read more

Horrible, left me with an unfished installation of a water heater - leaving two pipes exposed and now I have to find and pay another plumber to finish it. Joe also charged me for a comfort pump that was never installed. I'm out hundreds of dollars, and a potentially dangerous situation. He kept telling me he would come tomorrow but after a week his mailbox was full and he never came to finish the job. Very disappointed, frustrated and aggravated. Do not use Joe Bolobanic from Perfect Plumbing & Rooter, LLC. read more

Had a gas leak on a single 2' section of pipe with a cap that needed to be replaced. Joe responded quickly and came out same day, awesome. He seemed like a great guy and didn't have all the parts he needed in the van so offered to come back the next day - no problem. He came back, completed the "repair" and was paid $350. When I contacted the gas company to have the gas turned back on they came out inspected the work that was done by Joe and alerted me to the fact that the repair wasn't done to code and was a safety hazard. As a result, they could not turn the gas back on. I called Joe and he said he would be back the next day to fix it correctly...and the next day came and went...unfortunately didn't hear back from him. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for any gas work, maybe they're good with sinks and toilets? read more

We had a waterline burst going to our under counter water filter system, in our kitchen, under the sink. We turned off the water and needed a plumber. Nextdoor highly recommended Perfect Plumbing. I contacted Bob, who gave me an appointment the following morning. He was on time and completed the repair in 1 hour. He reinstalled the Water system using Copper lines, instead of plastic/rubber hose. Looks and works fantastic. I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing for all your needs. read more

I had a great experience with this company. The gentleman that came to the call was friendly and kind and took his time to explain exactly what was needed to make the two toilets in my home function correctly. Plumbing expenses are not usually cheap, but his estimates were reasonable and fair and he explained what coupons I was able to use, as well as discuss all repair options for my budget. I am glad I chose to call on perfect plumbing and I highly recommend. read more

Make sure you DONT USE THEM. They will pitch work that does not need to be done ( I had an engineering company and another plumber double check), and what they were wanting us to do was a 5 k job that was completely unnecessary. When I told the guy no he became rude and aggressive , it was very unpleasant read more

Was absolutely sure I needed a "Hot Water Heater"! Called Joe Bolobanic for emergency service, he came by the very next day. He mentioned the service switch was turned off since I had a previous installation 2 days before, that my water heater was ok. Needless to say how he impressed me with his honesty. No service was required at this time. I will be sure to call him for future plumbing necessities. Joe never charged me for a service call. If you are reading this Joe, it's no wonder you are a 5*****Star business. Thank you for expeditious response. read more

It's 9:30 last night and my wife tells me the water in the toilet is gurgling and bubbling. I go take a look and there's 2 inches of contaminated toilet water in my shower. I immediately go on Yelp and look for the closest guy with the best rating. I call the company and this guy answers and said he can come out and do an emergency call but there is a $150 after hours charge which seemed reasonable to me. He was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clog in my main line. He opened the clean-out on the side of my house and snaked the drain clean. He charged me an additional $350, which again seemed reasonable. He cleaned up and was gone by 11:00 PM. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Joe from Perfect Plumbing! I would use this guy again and again. read more

I have needed a plumber twice in the past year or so, the last time being yesterday. Both times I used Perfect Plumbing and both times they exceeded my expectations. This is an HONEST company that won't overcharge you. They fix what is broken and they are very pleasant about it. Both times my bill came in at just under the estimate. Reasonable prices for good work. Sounds like a recipe for success! I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys! read more

Perfect Plumbing is Amazing! I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!! I called for an estimate. Joe was able to come out the next morning provide a quote and start the job. Joe installed a new kitchen faucet, a new bathroom vanity, sink, and faucet, a new valve and new hoses for my washing machine, he even installed a new seat for the toilet. He explained the work needed and why. Joe provided wonderful customer service, outstanding work, and was so courteous. I will use Perfect Plumbing in the future and will refer Perfect Plumbing to all my friends! read more

Gave me an estimate in person, which was not the case with other companies. I got lower quotes from others but went with this company because of the extra service. Joe and his assistant were professional and friendly. Good experience overall. read more

Perfect Plumbing is everything you look for in a plumber. I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater and he fixed it promptly and for a very fair price on a holiday weekend. Not only was he able to diagnose a relatively complex problem, but he was able to solve it creatively and comprehensively. I cannot recommend Perfect Plumbing highly enough. read more

I called them a few months ago to install a kitchen faucet. They came out promptly when called. He even knew about my tankless hot water heater which you don't always find. The plumber I had explained everything well, did exactly what I needed and kept things clean. I know that last one can be a challenge as most work tends to be messy. I am going to use them again sometime this week for installing a new water line to a fridge. read more

Joe is a really nice and honest guy. He could have charged us for a service visit, but it seems that the clog in the drain fixed itself by the time he got here. Thanks Joe...we will call you next time for sure! read more

From point of contact to completion of my job I've got nothing but good things to say about Perfect Plumbing. My inquiry was replied to promptly by Joe who set up an appointment for someone to come assess my situation that same day! Sebastian arrived right on time and within 10 minutes he began the job. My bathroom tub drain was clogged, but not for long once Sebastian got to it. As usual, my house was buzzing w kids, cats and people but Sebastian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. As a realtor finding companies you can proudly recommend is a tough task. I'll definitely refer all my clients to Perfect Plumbing and will continue to use them myself in the future. Job well done and fairly priced ! read more

Joe arrived on time. He asked questions to better understand my issues. He tested ALL drains, opened "clean out value" and surveyed mine and neighbors' outside areas for any obvious sewer line problems. Inside, he tested ALL faucets and drain flows even if I didn't state any problems w/ some. He found 1 fairly blocked drain I didn't even know about. He treated and snaked it quickly and treated my other known problem areas w/ commercial cleaner. Though he allowed me to follow him around to observe and learn, he clearly kept me at a safe distance so I wouldn't get harmed, he allowed me to ask questions and taught me how to maintain my pipes...TY. He was VERY thorough and efficient, conscious not to soil my home, tidy and neat. One odd thing he taught me was to observe and note what any house odds smell like for that would tell him something. And here I had thought it my sickly dog! I would HIGHLY recommend him. Just have a written list of your issues for he will want minute details! read more
