He did what he could and recommended that I purchase new fixtures with airators as my sinks don't have that which makes it more difficult to clean any gunk build up. I had problems with the shower giving very cold and hot water while making a huge thumping noise. I had no warm water option. Junior from Plumbing Experts came out here and diagnosed the problem with the internal mechanism and valve. Fixed the issue and left the shower clean. I loved that he came early in the morning, fixed the issue and cleaned after himself. I would highly recommend JUNIOR, who is friendly and very professional. PS. The fact that he was here on time and did the job was worth every penny he chared which was more than faired and warranted a healthy gratuity. Disappointed that they replaced the Moen Single-Handle Shower Faucet Trim Kit that I provided well, but then recommend the Moen Cartridge (value) for $349.00. After I yelled what he mentioned he could do it for $300.00 I said no and laughed since he didn't know that I knew that there 4 different cartridges that work and range from $110-$123 retail and that install as per the videos is real simple. I just received notification from Shari that we have an outstanding balance for services that were provided from 2 years ago! I was taken aback as to how that could be possible and why am I just now finding out about it?? I requested an invoice to review. On that invoice-- my credit card number is written on it with all the information needed to process payment AND the invoice was even stamped as "posted". So, I emailed her back stating that.... no response for 2 weeks. Then she calls again demanding payment and THREATENING TO PLACE A LIEN ON MY HOME if she doesn't receive payment in 2 days! So apparently the balance has been outstanding for 2 years (even though you had all the information to process the payment) and now I have to go on a search and seizure to look for a receipt from 2 years ago?? :-( read more

I recently had a re-pipe done in my home by Plumbing Experts. Their estimate for the job was $6,000 lower than one of their major competitors. Everything went smoothly and it passed inspection by the city. While they were here, Gene replaced all of the water spigots on the outside of the house ( a total of 3) and I was never charged for any of them. Let's start with the diagnosis quote: $98.00 (Ps. does not go towards the tank price.) Apparently, I needed a new water tank. $1,085.00.....keep in mind this was paid in full on June 10th, 2021. So the technician who goes to install the new tank, finishes the job calls me and tells me something is wrong with my breaker/electricity and that I now need an electrician because the tank it not working....he just installed a brand new tank and its not working.... What's wrong? Who knows! He states he doesn't know because he is a plumber and that's not his area of expertise.....fair enough. I thankfully have a kind neighbor who came to check prior to calling an electrician. This neighbor who has no plumbing/electrical background simply switched two wires that were apparently connected in the wrong areas...voilà it worked. NO electrician needed. Imagine that. So tell me this if one is a plumber and does this work all the time why was this not installed properly? Fast forward to June 21, 2021: I look at my bank account and a new amount of $1,085.00 was pending. Ahem....NO! This set me off. Since when is it okay to run cards without a customer's consent and/or knowledge? Especially when this was paid for back on June 10th. Ridiculous. In addition, I later find out some folks in the neighborhood paid $500 for their new tanks. Moral of the story: Do your research and ask around. read more

I heard the sound of wateR running in my bathroom wall although no faucets were open. I called them and they sent "Bill" who told me he was the "best of the best". He found the leak and told me it would be $1300 a day. If he had worked a full day, he would have fixed it, but it took him 4 days of working at a snail's pace tO make the repair. He charged me 7199.00 Don't call Bill. He is a major rip off artist. My regular plumber would have repaired it in 2 days and charged 2000.. read more

Our toilet insides were not working well for several months. Finally decided to contact a plumber. Have used Plumbing Experts in the past and have always had a good experience with them. This time was no exception. I called and within 2 hours the service man came in and took care of the problem in less then 1 hour. The only down side was when I asked him to give me the coupon discount price, he declined. They used to do this. Good think my wife never throws out a coupon so we saved 10%. My tenants had an issue with the garbage disposal. I called Plumbing Experts on a referral from a neighbor. They were incredibly responsive, sending a service tech (Luis) the next day. I was called upon determining that the disposal needed to be replaced and once I approved, the repair was done immediately at a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied as are my tenants. I was staying in florida for a few weeks at an air b'n'b - all was well and good until the toilet started to back up at a quick pace! I tried to call the landlord but could not get a hold of them and the toilet started to over flow! I had to call someone to help right away. I was kind of freaking out because it was a sunday and many places were closed or had huge up-charges. Luckily I was looking on google where this business has much better reviews, I may not have called If i looked on yelp but I'm happy I did! I had to come here and leave a review. Chad came out very quickly and was able to stop the toilet over flowing and helped clean it up. He even showed me how to shut the water off and fix the plunger thingy in the tank if this sort of thing ever happens again. They did not charge me extra for a weekend emergency call which I really appreciated. Luckily the landlord reimbursed me for the call and thanked me for acting so fast to prevent flooding. Our Moen kitchen sink faucet was leaking and we tried to stop the leak which we were unable to do. We found a weekly mailer with Plumbing Experts ad and decided to call them. We went to their website and filled out a service request form. They answered very quickly and asked us to send them a photo of the faucet and we did. Craziest price ever for a under one hour job. Called three other companies for free estimates and all came in between $250-$300. They may need to revise the pricing book! read more

I called Plumbing Experts because I had a slight leak coming from the toilet. The technicians came in the house and I noticed they did not bring in any tools of any sort, which I thought was odd but they did have a brochure in hand. The main guy looked at the toilet, looked around it but never physically touched the toilet. He did not try to adjust anything, he didn't even try to find the leak, or try to unscrew a bolt from the tank to the seat. But he did bring in a catalog and suggested we need to buy a new toilet for $699, plus labor and tax. Now I'm not sure if this is a plumbing company or just a fixture salesman He never touched the toilet but still wanted a fee for coming out to sell us a new toilet. We don't need a new toilet we needed a repair man a professional plumber who knew what to do. A professional plumber would have at least tried to find the leak, try to touch a screw and look to see where the leak was actually coming from instead of trying to sell me a new Toilet.
