Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money. That worked out well with my schedule, and he was at our place about 30 minutes later. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing 2 valves and our faucet in the kitchen. He truly went above and beyond and we are really happy with how everything turned out. I appreciate him asking questions about my preference for certain things before he did the work. He is very skilled and thorough, and we are very happy with the service. So far everything is working great! We waited all day and we had to finally leave the house for an appointment. So the response in a text at 4:30pm was "I apologize. I just cancel the appointment. We will be back on Tuesday.
