These guys did a great job on a recent plumbing project I had. I had them come by for an estimate the other day. At the last moment before the plumbers arrival, I had to rush out and pick up one of my kids because my wife was running late. Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. Some companies are not able to give estimates without both homeowners there walking thru everything which is ridiculous. Anyway, he came back a few days later, showed up right on time for the job and got to work right away. There was minimal disruption and the guy worked very well independently. In the end the project was completed successfully and everything was done exactly as I wanted. Five star work! It's kind of cliche but it's a little hard to find a good plumber these days. I received 5 star plus service from Star Line Plumbing for a challenging and complex water leak which I believed was handled much more efficiently and cost effectively by Star Line compared to other companies I got estimates from. Dean the owner and master plumber is easy to access by phone and is very responsive volunteering valuable information about the project even before being paid. For this leak, which was in an unusual location involving a coupling that was deteriorated, he used a very sophisticated listening device and nitrogen gas as well as traditional digging techniques to localize leak with minimal damage to yard. He expertly used soldering to update a gate shutoff valve and glue and cement for the couplings repairing the leak. His price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend this company read more

Living in an older home, we have the recurring issue of our main sewer line needing to be cleared. Our former plumber gave us a punch card...but the company was sold so when the toilet bubbled in one bathroom and backed up into the tubs of the other two bathrooms, we looked here for a new plumber. He not only cleared my main sewer line by hydro-jetting, but also used another tool to ensure the pipe branches that were getting clogged were clear as well. Very honest plumber. We thought we had an issue with a clogged drain, but apparently the issue resolved itself on its own before he arrived.
