Joe Blacks Service responded quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. After getting several estimates, I went with Joe Blacks service. They were able to start the project the next day. He was very communicative throught the entire process. I will definitely hire him again for any future projects. read more

Delroy and his team showed up exactly when he said and fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. He even gave me a small discount because the problem wasn't too bad. Great service, will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing related issues read more

Great service - quality work. Fair price. He fixed 3 things while in my home - a faucet a spicket and 2 knobs. read more

Working with Delroy was great. I was able to get a quote over the phone immediately for my water heater replacement, and it was significantly more affordable than other competitors. He was able to replace the water heater the next morning. When he realized there wasn't an electric current going to the heater, he coordinated with an electrician he already knows and he was able to come out the same day to fix the circuit breaker, which saved me the time and effort to find someone. Overall, a great experience working with Delroy. Since I'm out of state, rather than in-person, Delroy asked me to pay 50% via Zelle after he evaluated the work, but before he started and 50% afterward. I saw a review earlier that someone thought this was a scam, but I can confirm it isn't. Delroy was very pleasant to work with and completed the job timely and at an affordable price. read more

Reliable, timely, and above all - honest. I was able to get in touch with Delroy and Joe Black's Plumbing through Yelp, and he immediately answered my query with a quote for the problem I was facing based on the picture I posted. Delroy immediately gave me a quote which proved to be reasonable. Most of the other plumbing businesses that answered tried to schedule a paid visit before offering a quote, which I'm not against, but if you're already seeing in detail what the problem is, why not offer a quote and focus on the job? Delroy was also on time. One of my pet peeves when dealing with contractors is how much disregard some have for their customer's time. Delroy kept his word down to the minute. We agreed to meet at 9am at my property, and sure enough he was there at 9am on the dot. He them gave me some precise recommendations, went to get the parts he needed for the job, and came back at the agreed upon time to replace the broken shower. I highly recommend his services and if I ever need him in the future he can count on my repeated business. read more

Delroy diagnosed the problem and was ready to go but my downstairs neighbor(where it was leaking into) had to go to work. Came back 2 days later on Sunday morning and made the repair cleanly and efficiently. So far, so good . read more

We originally hired a handyman to fix an upside down shower arm. It was jammed in there so tight that he couldn't do it and didn't want to risk breaking the pipe. So we hired Delroy to come and fix it. Delroy did a wonderful job fixing it and also helped us fix a leaking faucet. Not only is he good at what he does but he's a great guy too. Definitely recommend. read more

I picked Joe Blacks Plumbing due to the great reviews here. He lived up the reviews. He came the same day to fix a broken kitchen faucet. He was quick, reasonably priced, and 100% professional. Our new faucet works great. I definitely plan to use them again. read more

Delroy was the second plumber I contacted with my request. Because the first company did not show up. Delroy not only fixed my issue with both of my bathrooms, but then he looked at our garbage disposal that was acting up fixed it and on top of that then he cleaned out my drain in my bathtub so that it would drain faster. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good plumber. This company is the best, we already are going to use him when we are ready to switch out our kitchen faucet. read more

Dang, found this review in my drafts folder- oops! So I will give it an update. I've actually used him several times since, new water heater & new toilet. Both fixed at great rates. I even referred him to a friend who was happy. Again, I would def recommend him. Initial review: The owner was very accommodating to my schedule. When I asked to bump up the appointment time & he scheduled me the next day. He showed up in a mask, & on time. He installed my garbage disposal & fixed my toilet at a great rate. I'd highly recommend him & he will be my plumber from now on. read more

One night I noticed water leaking into my room and discovered that a pipe burst behind my washer and dryer machine. The following day on a Sunday I called multiple plumbers and all were busy. Delroy responded and came to my home in Miramar. He found the burst pipe behind the drywall and immediately fixed it. I am very grateful that he responded and highly recommend his service to others. read more

Joe Blacks Plumbing repaired a leak in my sink's drain line. He went above and beyond to repair the leak, and also provided a hook-up for my dishwasher. The completed job looked clean and professional, without any issues or leaks. His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I am so glad I called and will be happy to return to Joe for future work! read more

On time , professional, stayed until issue was resolved and very reasonable with price. All the reviews were on point

Joe was extremely helpful and his price was really fair. Also, he happily helped me out with some handyman chores around the house. I'll definitely contact him again for any plumbing need! read more

After 5 long years of hunting a God awful smell that would come and go Delroy found it in 5 minutes! I have torn out floors, walls paid a dozen people with no luck. I've never used or even heard of Joe Black's Plumbing before finding his page on Yelp, but the reviews sounded good and I decided to give him a try. I had 3 toilets in varying stages of needing maintenance. Delroy responded quickly and as I explained my needs, he assured me that he would be able to address them all. We agreed on a date and time, and he showed up promptly that morning. He assessed the situation and gave me what I considered a very reasonable estimate which we agreed on. He required no payment up front. He then went to acquire some of the parts needed to do the job and was soon back to completing the work in a timely manner. I was happy with all aspects of the experience and will use Joe Black's Plumbing in the future when needed. Delroy gained my trust and confidence. Thank you. read more

This review is easy to write. Delroy Brown of Joe Blacks Plumbing is OUTSTANDING! He worked overtime to complete the job, and we are thrilled with the work he did from the moment he walked in until he finished and cleaned up. I can't imagine you ever going wrong with this guy. Simply the best! I've used this company twice and both times were great experiences. Delroy responded fast, fixed our issues same day and the first time we used him was last New Year's Day. He not only did our Job on the 1st he did it fast and a at a fair rate. I expected to pay a holiday fee but Delroy charged me like it was a normal day. Used him again 6 months later and entire experience was the best. I'm just sorry it took me so long to write this review. So happy with this plumbing service. We have lived in our house for 3 years now and every time I've had a plumbing issue I've called a new plumber because I've always been disappointed in the previous one. This is probably the 5th company I've had out to the house for an issue. We have an older home and have had issues with plumbing since our final walk through. I'm happy to say I've finally found a company that I'll be calling back when I have another issue. Joe Blacks plumbers were responsive and quick to come out and fix my emergency issue. Their prices are very reasonable as well, way better than the pricing from big name companies I've called in the past. They were able to completely fix my clog and restore use of toilets and showers in such a short time. read more

Expensive but he did an ok job after I had to convince him I wanted the pipes changed not just tinkered with

Excellent service all around. Plumber provided superb customer service, wore a mask, and fixed my plumbing issues for a fair price.

All I can say is a great service at a fair price. I needed to replace 2 water heaters after a flood in one of the units. He did a profesional job installing 2 tankless water heaters one in each unit in a record time of one day. I was very happy with his job and I highly recommend him. read more

Joe Blacks Services - My tankless waterheater - Painters Near Me

Highly recommended, one of the few Yelp responses that was genuine. Provided a quote in advance (small job), arrived on time, and then after the work was completed, offered to reduce the price, as it was smaller than anticipated. (I paid the full amount regardless, for the efficiency and timeliness of the repair.) read more

I called a couple plumbers in the morning to get quote for job of snaking vent from roof- I had dealt with another plumber last week on some other issues and I was pissed that I was still dealing with this same problem- ( as he only snaked the drain from the inside) Delroy quoted me a fair price, called me when he was on his way, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time- he clearly had a long day but he showed up and did my job as Promised- He communicated throughout the process and clearly wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome-I will feel comfortable to use him in the future and give his information to any friends that need a plumber!! thanks again read more

This company is a scam. We agreed a week before on the installation. On the same day of the installation they told me that they can't come unless I pay 50% of the job upfront with Zelle. I live in a differently state so I can't get them and pay cash. They wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal. What kind of a business is that?? That's exactly what scammers do. Don't deal with them. Update: I had someone else installing the water heater on the same day that those guys cancelled on me. He completed the installation and THEN I paid him in full. Particularly because I'm out of state, I cannot pay with Zelle upfront. I did that in the past and got scammed. Nevertheless, Delroy confirmed with me the appointment the day before, and then on the day when he was supposed to come, he demanded the 50% upfront with Zelle only. That's a horrible way to treat customers. Always be careful when vendors you don't know demand a payment upfront and only accept Zelle. That's very suspicious. read more

Delroy & Joe Blacks is the BEST... Used him for a toilet problem, now a hot water heater replacement... I bought the hwh and he picked it up for me at Home Depot, saving me a $99 delivery charge... Then he got copper tubing and fittings, instead of using cheap flex lines, that always end up leaking...! All of the lines were soldered on, just like when the hwh was originally installed... Best part, he saved me $600 from Air Around the Clocks estimate...!!! These days, that's HUGE...! If you want the job done right, at a GREAT PRICE, you need to call Delroy Brown @ Joe Blacks Plumbing... PERIOD... read more

I broke our garbage disposal last night after dinner and reached out to several plumbers to get quotes and Mr. Delroy responded very quickly (even at 10pm!!) and provided one of the best estimates. More importantly, he was able to come to our house the fastest. He came early this morning as scheduled, wore a mask and removed shoes (I'm a little neurotic lol) and fixed everything and then some! I had a very positive experience and have found my new go to plumber in the area! Would highly recommend. read more

I would highly recommend Joe Blacks Plumbing. His prices are extremely fair; for example, my garbage disposal was leaking water. Via Yelp I got several quotes and a couple of "an estimate will be quoted on site." I originally contacted a company with 28 comments, all five star rating. The plumber came to my house and quoted me a price of $500.00. I told the guy that he was too. He would only reduce his price by $50.00. As I did call him, I had I pay a service service fee of $65.00. I then called Joe. He came to my house that afternoon and charged me a very fair price (equipment plus labor.) Joe was extremely professional and through. He even clean up his own mess, plus the sink and the area around it. As Joe has just started using Yelp, he does not have a lot of reviews; but i am sure, in time, he will have more. I am recommending not him because of prices, but because he is a professional who treats people fairly. read more
