Sent an estimate for close to $8000, would not use considering I got other estimates less than half that amount. Only after I advised of lower estimates, did they offer to match. Do not recommend. Their team is reliable, honest, and so responsive that I felt like I was some sort of VIP. We had a flood in our house and had our baseboards pulled out along with giant chunks of our drywall. After the water was gone, we needed the baseboards and drywall replaced and painted. BEST OF THE BEST! The whole crew at Captain Painter was amazing, from day one. Augusto timely arrived to our new home to provide his quote. We received a total of 4 painters' bids. His was substantially lower than the others. His demeanor was always polite and non-pushy/salesman-like. He offered some good tips, and helped us with our color decision. The job was painting all inside and some outside walls of a 3500 sf home, including trims and doors. Juliana, the office manager, was always right on the ball. Very attentive, professional and pleasant. Always promptly following up with all questions I may have had. She would respond by text/email and via phone calls. I made a total of 8 subsequent order changes, since once I saw how good and detailed the painters were I figured might as well get every door and wall done. They never gauged me on price, in fact offered me multiple substantial discounts, as the total grew considerably due to my add ons. Augusto collected no money upfront, and only requested payment once every single detail was finished and ironed out. All other bidders asked for deposits upfront, which made me leery in case if they went out of business, or disputes later arose. The Captain Painters were the nicest, most caring and pleasant I have ever seen on any vendor. I have bought and sold dozens of properties. These guys are top notch. What a job these guys did. I am never using anyone else again. We had our kid's rooms repainted, and their work compared to the old work is night and day! I really didn't know how good these rooms could look. And they left no residual paint splatter behind. It's funny, if you read the reviews you quickly see how low the South Florida bar can be when it comes to ANY service provider (i.e. just being responsive and showing up on time are huge wins!) but my experience with Augusto and his team was truly great. Yes, he replied within minutes/hours; yes, he showed up on time for the estimate and provided it quickly; and yes, his workers showed up as expected and did a great job. I had a few minor questions about the final product and Augusto was very, very responsive - ultimately everything was done to my standards (and to budget) and we will 100% be using him for some exterior work once our re-roof is complete. What caught my eye soon after they arrived was I noticed my personal step ladder was very dusty and set against my bedroom door...then I noticed my own personal 6 foot ladder being used in the closet.
