A while after placing the order, I followed up and learn they can't deliver on the linen drapes and without consulting me just picked an alternative fabric and made the drapes. No communication to see if I approved. I gave in. It was post Covid. Supply chains and all that. I gave them a second chance. I ordered drapes elsewhere in the house and Roman shades. Lo and behold, a month later, I follow up, and she couldn't remember the colors or the fabric we had selected for the different rooms. I had to remind her what we had picked even though she had written it down. Ok. Install day finally comes, and the Roman shades I had picked were supposed to be cordless. The guy arrived and installed Roman shades with a cord. I followed up with her and she told me it wasn't possible to deliver on the cordless option so she made them corded. Then she tells me there is a new after market motorized option and she will get me the info so I can pay more for this option. So in essence I paid cordless shade pricing but got Roman shades with cords. And to get motorized option, I had to pay even more even through she did not consult with me and delivered whatever she wanted. Ok. So, I followed up regarding the aftermarket motorized option several times and never received a response. So now, a year later, I am still stuck with the corded Roman shades that are difficult to open and close because they are quite wide and large. Super nice to your face and apologetic but VERY disorganized and will make decisions that cost you money without telling you until install day. Kinda felt like she was hoping to just get away with it. I believe they are now operating under a new name called D' Moda shades FYI Her name is Melissa Zagal
