Had our living room floor installed about 6 months ago. Went into their store about 5 months ago because our floor planks were not installed right and lift up "wave" when you walk on them. They said they'd send someone out to check and repair it. They sent the same guy that installed it wrong in the first place! He spoke to someone on the phone in Portuguese (which we don't understand) and said we'd hear from the store for a repair. NEVER received that call - still waiting! We do not recommend using them to install any floors at this point. read more

I recently had a pipe burst in my home resulting in extensive damage. As a result I need to replace all of my flooring. My wife and I visited many flooring places, but today we looked up flooring and found a nearby place we never heard of, 3 Guys Flooring, so we went for a visit. It's not a huge place like Floor & Decor, but they have a decent amount of options. First thing I liked was being greeted as we walked in. We started looking around, as we did every other place that we visited, expecting to call someone for help, when we had a question. Turns out that wouldn't be necessary. This man came over and asked us if we needed help. His name is Rick Seip. Unlike the other places, he didn't approach us and disappear. He stayed with us the entire time as we looked at the many different available options. He told us what we needed to look for, he asked questions to better understand what we wanted, and he even made a few recommendations. We left with three options to consider, one of which Rick recommended. He doesn't know this yet, but we are going to buy all the flooring at 3 Guys Flooring, and he's definitely the one I'm giving working with. This place should be a must if you're looking for flooring. read more

This family owned business has been doing flooring for over twenty years, the expertise they brought to my job was evident by the quality of the installers they use. Rather than the "slapdash" approach where speed is the only factor, these installers were exceptionally precise and professional. They took the time to make difficult cuts and to fit the edge of the floors to tight and perfect tolerances. Each edge that came to the stairs and exterior doors were absolutely seamless. No need to hide with caulking like most installers do. They paid attention to the repeats in the floor so the design looked random, they moved and handled furniture with care. Somehow returning everything to its precise place. They were on time and clearly expert installers. Truly impr Most telling, as the job was done, there were a few unneeded items which they DEDUCTED from the original estimate instead of the hidden costs that are always added by almost every flooring business, especially Home Depot. The finished floor is absolutely perfect, the new baseboard is better than the original one, really outstanding. If you are stressed about trying to find an honest, competent and hassle free flooring company, look no more. This is a business that can handle any job you have. He went above and beyond to make sure the vinyl I was interested had the right "clicking" mechanism the floor guy said I would need to lay them over the tiles already in my new home without coming undone. He always got back to me swiftly and had a friendly and helpful attitude each time! These guys are the best! I needed to replace the wood floor in one room of our house, but the planks we had installed 10 years ago had been discontinued. Hired them for small bathroom tile job. Was charged $150 extra because salesman said we needed a carpet man to come and connect the tile to the carpet in the bedroom, and the minimum charge that the carpet person charges is $150. They didn't send a carpet guy to make the connection but charged me the extra $150 anyway and tried to cover it up with a load of B. S. It's a shame that they would risk their reputation for such a small amount of $. Small ripoff - big consequences. read more
