I woke up to a big mess at home and discovered I had a slab leak in my bedroom closet, and what a disaster it was. I immediately called Trust Rooter, the plumbing company I've used before for a similar issue, and just like last time, they responded quickly and professionally. They came out the very next day, located the source of the leak, and re‑piped and repaired everything the same day. I was especially glad to see that the same technician, Jose, was the one who came out. He was extremely thorough, explained every step of the process, and his professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to fix the plumbing leak, and he absolutely earns 5 STARS from me. Thank you so much. Nader read more

We have used them several times, and their service is always professional, their workers are on time, and they explain the situation in a way that is easy to understand. And their technicians always help advise on the most affordable solution rather than constantly trying to upsell. We are glad to have a relationship with a reliable plumber! read more

Scott was great and very informative wont hesitate to call him again. He's a Hard worker. Thanks for the professionalism.

Manuel did an excellent Job fixing a drain stoppage in my downstairs toilet due to root growth caused by an outside tree. He shared video before and after of the pipes and worked clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and will use in the future if needed. read more

I haven't been ghosted by a plumbing company before so that was a first. Quick initial check of a drain issue but then no follow up quote to fix it after several days. read more

We needed a plumber because our plumbing was backing up. I put in a request through Yelp's "Get Pricing & Availability" feature and got quotes from a couple of companies. I selected this company based on the favorable reviews. We spoke with someone and explained what was going on and were told that someone would be out that afternoon between 1-3 pm. We received a call from the service tech before 1:00 pm letting us know that he was on his way. When he got to our house, we told him what was going on. He was able to fix the problem and even found the outside clean-out plug in our yard that my husband was going crazy trying to find. Excellent prompt service. We would use this company again if we have issues with our plumbing backing up. read more

Trust Rooter - Plumbing Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

Hired once, declined once. Manual came both, first time was the leak from upstair unit toilet, he cut my ceiling and found the leak no time, paid $170 for diagnostic. Second time, called pipe replacement of drainage with garbage disposal, an appointment was between 9 and 11 am, got here after 11, said pluming was done incorrectly, I need to give up disposal, redo plumbing without it for $430, I asked to send quote by email and let him go. Did not hired them second time since I disagreed their suggestion. read more

I had a wobbly and runny toilet. Jose showed up first thing on Saturday morning and got to work explaining my options on replacing my toilet altogether or repairing it. Jose also gave me advice on an additional matter and upon finding a non functioning valve outside, he offered to repair that too AND threw in a replacement of my outside water supply, both with new sweat ball valves. The new valves, actually turn off my homes water supply more efficiently and are way friendlier to my hands. I like that the prices included 90 day and 1 year warranties depending on the product. I have more peace of mind after these repairs. Jose is knowledgeable, organized, left everything clean and he LOVES his job! God bless him. read more

We called this morning because our sink was clogged, and they were able to come out the same day, giving us a clear service window between 9-11 a.m., which we really appreciated. Manuel arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. Our sink was working again right away, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Great, timely service. We'd definitely recommend them!! read more

Called regarding a replacement of a garbage disposal and toilet valve. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don't foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean. read more

We hired Trust Rooter to replace our leaking hot water heater inside our condo. We prescheduled several days ahead of time since we were out of town, and the technician arrived on time within the service window. He did great/fast work replacing our water heater and changing a broken valve. He noted a few code-compliant updates he made, which I also appreciated. He was very kind and professional, and also worked while my kids were being loud nearby, which is not easy/fun. The hot water heater is working well and we have no complaints there. The issue that arose after TR left was in our bathroom. I immediately found a new crack on our toilet base. The technician asked ahead of time to use the toilet to drain the hot water heater, which I consented to. I know this is a new crack because I had just previously cleaned/wiped the toilet before he came. We called the company to report the issue and after a lot of back and forth, they claim there is no way their work could have cracked the toilet. I also do not want to make any false claims, but I definitely know that the toilet was not cracked before Trust Rooter arrived. TR was very friendly and respectful while we discussed the complaint and offered a small discount (see below) to replace the toilet, but we chose to go another route to replace the toilet as we have lost trust in TR. EDIT: the offer to replace to toilet was 20% off the toilet cost and 40% off labor. read more

After hydrojetting our drain back in 2025, we reached back out to TR for a gas water heater installation. There were a few bumps along the way this time - but the end result worked out just fine. - A couple of mistakes made by the original estimator resulted in additional surprise charges we didn't expect on the morning of installation. Leo, the plumber doing the install, supported us 100% re: these charges. Exceptional customer service. - As per the city and gas inspectors, follow-up adjustments were needed after the initial installation to meet code compliance. Leo made all the requested adjustments - he was very easy to work with. Appreciated Eddie who coordinated permitting and re-inspections. Robin squeezed us into a jam packed schedule, ensuring modifications needed for permit approval were made within 24 hours. Every company will have issues at some point. It's how they handle them that matters. I still recommend TrustRooter, because they stayed responsive throughout, and at the end of the day, delivered the results we needed at reasonable cost. read more

Quick response and excellent service. From the time I called to ask for an estimate, they were responsive and communicated clearly at every step. I was able to get an estimate immediately from Manuel, who showed up and explained to me every potential issue that he was going to check for. He took his time and worked carefully through everything and helped me understand what could be wrong and what he ended up finding. The price was extremely fair and I was told what to keep an eye out for in case the problem comes back and they need to return. What a great service. read more

Had some plumbing issues with our downstairs toilet. My spouse contacted Trust Rooter immediately and spoke with Eddie who initiated our request to have someone come out. Marvin arrived the next morning, he warmly introduced himself and inspected our problem. He was able to diagnose the problem and provided us with some options. Within an hour our problem was fixed and was able to execute the transaction seamlessly! Also, if you're a first time customer you get 10% off and there's a 90 day warranty which is a bonus. I definitely recommend using this company and in the future I would request for Marvin! read more

I've been using Trust Rooter for all my plumbing needs since I moved here 8 years ago. Patrick was wonderful. He came on time and evaluated what I needed. Called in the morning around 10 AM and by 2 PM Timothy was here to check our kitchen sink that wasn't draining. I appreciated that there is a zero dollar callout fee and a free estimate. Even took the time to explain what he did and what to check for if we ever have similar issues in the future. Job well done and would definitely call again if we ever have the need. read more

We had a plumber scheduled for today's garbage disposal replacement but it didn't work out. So we had to get another plumber and we took a chance on Trust Rooter. It was a smart decision and we're thrilled. I called this morning and they scheduled an appointment for today. We luckily got a great plumber, Manuel, who was professional, prepared and really nice. He worked cleanly and quickly. We would definitely hire this company (and hope to get Manuel) again. Look for their discounts - like 10% off new customers' first orders. Lee was awesome and spent a lot of time listening for a leak throughout my entire home. He ultimately had to replace the shutoff valve to my home. Then was able to pinpoint and locate the leak, which fortunately was outside. He arrived on time and worked diligently locating the leak. He was professional and kind answering my many questions. I received a quote to repair the outside pipe issue within ten minutes of him leaving. I found the price to be reasonable. On a side note, my finicky feline, Tobias, took a real liking to Lee. Animals are always a good judge of character, especially cats! He followed Lee throughout the house and absolutely would not leave him alone! Will use again if I'm in need and will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you Lee and Trust Rooter. read more
