The staff were very professional and they did a great job. They were transparent and explained everything that was wrong and how they would address it. I had them come out for a clogged drain, but they found root intrusion and had to fix the main sewer line. They took video and showed me the results. She they were going to begin work, my outside spigot snapped off when I was trying to remove my hose and connect theirs for the pressure flush they were going to perform. They had no problem switching gears to help me fix the broken spigot and then, the following day, address my main sewer drain pipe. 100% satisfied with the service provided and will call them back if I ever need help again. read more

Red Flags I Encountered: 1. Excessive upfront payment demands - the company asked for 50% upfront for a small water heater replacement, which is above standard practice. 2. Threatening to revoke the permit - this was presented as pressure, but had no real impact on me. 3. Refusing to draft a contract until payment - Florida law requires a written contract for jobs over $1,000. This refusal is a major concern. The total quote was $1700. 4. Name discrepancy - the license belongs to Darwin Fernandez, but Kevin Garcia was the contact person. . There was no confirmation that a licensed contractor would supervise the work. 5. Pressure/harassment - repeated attempts to coerce payment show poor professionalism. 6. Sloppy paperwork - I was presented with a permit for a gas water heater, which I did not have. I had to catch HIS mistake Based on these issues, I decided not to proceed with this company. I'm sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. read more

Quick to respond. Quality service by techs. Felt comfortable with their Recommendations moving forward.

My wife and I hired this company to fix her mother's old plumbing by relining the old pipes. We can confidently recommend this business, and I wanted to share a review because relining pipes is a big-ticket item... so doing research helps tremendously and gives a sense of ease when making such a big decision. Here's what we liked: - Kevin and Michael (brothers, family owned biz) were both very responsive in answering our questions, text messages and emails. - We felt the value was good. - Their team was professional and communicated well during the project phase when the water needed to be turned off or toilets not flushed. - The communication was important for us, as we care for a paraplegic in the house, and certain things need to be planned for his care... so the communication was helpful. - They sent us copies of the video after the job was complete. - They gave us a contract and invoice, so things are in writing and not "Mickey Mouse" (or informal) as we say here in Miami. Good luck in your research... we had a great experience and reccomend this business. read more

Had an emergency with old toilet tank cracking and causing mayhem in bedroom. I initially started a DIY, but realized I would've been in over my head. Submitted project on yelp Saturday, agreed on project date the following day (Sunday), project complete. Happy with the service, the response time, the finished product. I plan on using this company again since my home is dated from the 60's and I need to address the cast iron pipes below ground. Price was fair and reasonable read more

Excellent service! Kevin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The job got a little more complicated once we were on site, but they stayed committed to making sure everything was finished successfully and never left me hanging. I reached out on a Saturday with a last-minute request, and they still managed to accommodate me and deliver outstanding work. As a civil engineer who runs an engineering firm, I've worked with many contractors -- and I can honestly say this is one of the most honest and respectful companies I've come across. Recommend this service. Kevin is responsive and transparent in quoting and coordinating the COI for my condo building. Kevin sent the plumbers Luis and Marco. Our home was built in the 1960's, and the pipes eventually fell into disrepair, with deteriorating sections and even protruding roots in some areas. Express Trenchless responded quickly to our concerns, with immediate attention including inspection videos, consultation, and a very affordable estimate. We decided to go with them over other competitors, because they were local, much friendlier, and very prompt. In the end their work was quick, thorough, and completely satisfactory. The Express Trenchless team were also very polite, following current social distancing and mask regulations, and clean. We recommend Express Trenchless 100%! read more

My family wanted to give a big "Thank You" to the team from Express Trenchless. Our home was one of the concrete slab homes with failing pipes that are all over Orlando. We were having backups on a consistent basis that were becoming more and more frequent. After researching we found that the non-dig option for repair was what would be best for us. The concept of having to jackhammer the foundation of the house was a nightmare. I messaged 22 companies to get quotes. Only 5 got back to us. Express Trenchless was wonderful. From the start they were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable on providing a quote for the services we needed. They gave us options so if we needed to do part now, and part later they would work with us. In the end, we decided to do the process for the entire house. They were able to make an appointment that wasn't 6 months out and were on-time and courteous the entire time. It was a few days of work, but they were unbelievable. They gave us video footage of the before (so we could see what needed to be done) as well as after video footage. Even when I saw something on the video, they were right there to make sure that everything was perfect. This wasn't a cheap solution, but it was the best solution in the end for our family. Their price was very reasonable. When you consider what the costs of the traditional jackhammer process it may have started less expensive, but the time and repair costs of fixing the foundation and walls, it would have made it considerably more expensive and disruptive. Some of the other companies wanted to charge to simply do the video before even providing a quote. The Express Trenchless folks went out of their way to make this as painless and economic as possible. Thank you again for all you did! read more

If you are looking for a good Plumber who is licensed and insured, these guys are it. Great service and communicators. They were on time and had all of the tools necessary to do the job. I am really happy with their service. Kevin and his team will take care of you. They even spent extra time testing their own work to make sure everything was good before they left. I reached out to a few companies before I came across these guys, and there really isn't any competition. Very professional! gave me a rate and stuck with the rate, no hidden fees or costs. I highly recommend them. read more

Kevin and his team were quick to respond to our calls, provided professional services, and were extremely knowledgeable about the work that was done. We just randomly called businesses and Kevin was quick to respond by coming to the house and letting us know what was going on with our pipes. He showed us the problems. No pressure to get them fixed, just provided us what we needed to make decisions. We had to call him several more times about various issues that popped up and every time he was quick to get us what we needed. He even recommended a plumber for a couple minor issues. We have been pleased with all the work Kevin and his team members completed and would definitely use him again. read more

I had a big issue in my main drainage with continuos obstruccion for almost a year. Then I was told about this company and they started working in my pipeline. After consider what to do they gave and estimated wich it was very reasonable and I would say so much better than others. They repaired my line with epoxy and a liner and believe me. It looks like a new pipeline and they offer a guarantee for 50 years, thats mean that I will die and the line will be OK. I really want to say Thanks , thanks and thanks again to Kevin and his workers, for a good job they did in my house. They are very professional, they show compassion and understanding of my worries and concer. For sure I recommend this company to everyone in needed for issues like mine. Great company, very responsive and excellent communication. They were on time, competitive in their pricing and flexible to meet the schedule I was working around. Affordable, direct and reliable. Didn't waste our time asking for "consultations", which usually means their feeling you out to figure out how much they can raise the price. The installer was on time, fast and friendly. read more

Very helpful and prompt. Figured out my issue and did a great job at a reasonable price. Great communication skills and honest.

From start to finish, AWESOME! Kevin and his team are extremely professional, polite, and meticulously detailed. Very responsive, they were the only ones to swing by, video my lines, and explain in detail the issues and the plan to solve them. Kevin was patient, never rushed, and answered every question. Very rare now days. I chose to line my entire sewer line, zero regrets. They did not take any short cuts or rush getting it done right. Because of all of the rock around my house, they spent more than 2 full days digging the trench, de scaling the lines, and installing the clean out pipe. While they had to remove a plant, they were very careful to take the root system and temporarily plan it elsewhere to save it. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and returned the plant. Kevin's team also took care of a couple growing issues with my older toilets. The toilets are now water tight and secure. This is a local family business. I totally trust Kevin and his team, very honorable guys. Already have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. read more
