I wrote a review of our phone conversation because it was the most bizarre interaction I have ever had with a service provider. Your requests were irrational, unrealistic, and irresponsible. ​You literally asked me to take photos of my two toilets. When I stated that I did not see how taking photos of the toilets would fix a main line clog, your response was even more unreasonable. You told me that you did not want photos of the toilets themselves; instead, you wanted me--a non-plumber--to remove the toilets and take photographs of the sewage pipes. At that point, I realized the conversation was going nowhere and ended the call. Only an unprofessional outfit would make such absurd requests of a potential customer. ​Following that call, you phoned my home several times, which concerned me enough that I took the necessary security measures. Do not ever call my number again to complain about a legitimate, honest review of your business practices.

They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

Then, a few days later, Tommy arrived at my house at the scheduled time and walked me through the process. Apparently, the tank had not been pumped in a while, so he took the time to find the tank and made a hole in the top. He recommended that I install a 6" PVC pipe over the hole so they could have easy access in the future, which I did. Tommy was also very honest and gave me some pointers about maintenance and potential issues. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need,. Overall, A+ service at a reasonable price.
