1 day before Thanksgiving, the company that was to clean the septic postponed. The septic backed up and we have a major issue to deal with. I called several companies, one changed almost twice for emergencies, others were available later in the week. Luckily, I called In and Out Septic. They were at our house within an hour. I was given pricing details on the phone and had zero surprises when they came. They were on time, courteous, professional and caring. They had to dig, it was after 2:00 p.m. and needed their machine so had to come the next day - Thanksgiving Day. They showed at exactly 8:00 a.m. as promised and dug, and drained the septic. They advised we needed a new drain bed due to lack to maintenance or we would be having trouble within 2 weeks. They worked with us on the plan and scheduled to install upon receipt of materials in exactly 2 weeks. Again, they were on time, courteous, fast, and worked with us. They did not charge an emergency fee. They were even less than other quotes we received. They were straight up and were not out to bilk a homeowner in distress. They were nothing but a pleasure to work with. This type of service is the type of service that we all want and seldom get. They are on my calender for three (3) years from now for when we need to drain the tank again, and will repeat for as long as we own the home or need septic service.
