The receptionist that…read moreanswered the phone when I called was happy to answer all of my questions as this was my first time getting my septic tank pumped. Then, a few days later, Tommy arrived at my house at the scheduled time and walked me through the process. Apparently, the tank had not been pumped in a while, so he took the time to find the tank and made a hole in the top. He recommended that I install a 6" PVC pipe over the hole so they could have easy access in the future, which I did. Tommy was also very honest and gave me some pointers about maintenance and potential issues. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need,. Overall, A+ service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were quick to respond to my request fro…read moreservice, arrived before the scheduled time, and resolved my septic tank issue unlike the last the company I had here only two months ago. They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

I highly recommend this plumbing company! They were professional, punctual, and honest from start…read moreto finish. I called for a leak under my kitchen sink, and the plumber showed up the same day. He quickly found the problem and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Their prices were very fair compared to other companies I called, and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges -- what they quoted was exactly what I paid. The job was done neatly and efficiently, and they even cleaned up afterward (which you don't always get with contractors!). You can really tell they care about customer service and take pride in their work. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to friends and family.

Avoid this business. I called them for a pumpout and two men arrived who didn't speak a word of…read moreEnglish. At one point there seemed to be an issue with the pumpout with one of the men pointing into the tank and gesturing as if to ask if I wanted him to pump out the tank. (But who knows what he was saying?) Why would he ask that, that's what I called them for. I sent their boss a pic of a glob of roots in the tank and he said it was not an issue, but pictures are not a substitute for onsite 3D visuals and when I went back outside the glob was gone but I don't know where it went. I was left wondering if there was an issue with the tank. I just complained to their boss Nathaniel and he glossed it over saying they would have told him if there was an issue. Not good enough. You'd be a fool to trust second hand communication. The crew could have been covering up an issue they could have resolved if they'd spoken English, or didn't know how to deal with the roots, or even cared. Even worse, the crew drove their heavy gigantic tanker truck over the edge of my drainfield, possibly crushing it. What's so outrageous about this is this is a septic company. They're supposed to know. The crew, or Nathaniel, never inquired about the location of the drainfield; not even in Spanish. They just drove the truck across my front yard. All of this indicates incompetent management that is oblivious to American born households and vetting and training crew to avoid drain fields. But go ahead, take your chances with them. The $425 fee (1050 gal tank) was competitive.
