They were quick to respond to my request fro service, arrived before the scheduled time, and resolved my septic tank issue unlike the last the company I had here only two months ago. They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. We needed our septic tank cleaned, so contacted United, who'd carried out the service for the previous homeowners. Our appointment was originally schedule for a Tuesday, but Dino (the team lead who performed the service) called me on Monday and asked to reschedule. Having worked with other service providers in Miami, I appreciate the professionalism in calling in advance and requesting a change to the schedule. So Dino & his team arrived on time on the rescheduled date, quickly found the septic tank cover and emptied it (also offering to clean the old mainline pipe from the house to the tank, which we had United do). The team made everything quick and easy for us, and cleaned up after themselves and made certain the gate was shut when they left. I found this company after searching through google and finding the one with the best reviews. I was a bit hesitant because sometimes companies fabricate their online presence but this company was phenomenal. I immediately spoke to Jorge, the owner and he was very pleasant by phone and arranged the visit for a convenient time. I had him take care of both houses and the pricing was great and no bs upselling like other companies do. My main concern from reading reviews of other companies was the lying and poor work quality.
