Full disclosure, I'm former military and own several 7 figure producing companies, so I'm very meticulous in the way I transact business... I don't know what happened to others on that have reviewed any less than 5 stars, but I have a feeling that these people may have had unrealistic expectations or were just rubbed the wrong way...

They are $350 dollars more than who came out , and when I explained that I had to run out of town for my brothers funeral , they said we will call you back , which they did and said we can do it today but we will up charge you $250 more dollars to $850 dollars for your service... So they had the time but felt like taking advantage of a shitty situation... FYI, I opened the tank lid, cleared the spot for them had all the tools and hoses necessary which they knew and as seen in prior photos my tank is 10 feet from the fence.... It took the other company 15 minutes as well as 15 minutes when I was their customer prior.... This is how you loose a customer for life....

They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.
