Jose also gave me advice on an additional matter and upon finding a non functioning valve outside, he offered to repair that too AND threw in a replacement of my outside water supply, both with new sweat ball valves. The new valves, actually turn off my homes water supply more efficiently and are way friendlier to my hands. I like that the prices included 90 day and 1 year warranties depending on the product. Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours.
