They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

The driver came to my home on time early in the morning and he is polite. When he tried to dig the soil that cover the lid of the septic tank, the lid accidentally fell to the bottom of the tank. because it is made of cement and is very heavy, the driver couldn't pull it up by himself, so he called his company and waited for a long time for a colleague of him to come to help him to get the cover pulled up to the ground level and they didn't charge me any additional fee for doing that.

I had them come out for a clogged drain, but they found root intrusion and had to fix the main sewer line. They took video and showed me the results. She they were going to begin work, my outside spigot snapped off when I was trying to remove my hose and connect theirs for the pressure flush they were going to perform. They had no problem switching gears to help me fix the broken spigot and then, the following day, address my main sewer drain pipe. 100% satisfied with the service provided and will call them back if I ever need help again.

When we called them back, they said they would return to address the problem, but only if we paid for another service call. Most reputable companies stand behind their work with some type of warranty or guarantee, especially when the same issue returns within days. That was not our experience here. Hire them knowing that if the problem is not fully resolved, you may end up paying all over again.
