After the company that did the drainfield refused to come fix the problem. I found 24-7 Pump Out and they immediately agreed to come out on a Saturday (by the way no extra weekend fee crap). I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County and within a few hours they came out and fixed everything, plus did a complete blow out of the inside pipes for a minimal amount of money. Jason and Michael literally saved my weekend because I had out of town guests staying with me (we had to drive to local Publix to use the bathroom...it was that bad!) Plus I had a big birthday dinner party scheduled that weekend. Since then Jason has been hands on and has personally followed up with me with a genuine concern that with rainy season coming he wanted to let me know that the old septic lids (long time needed) needed to be replaced whether I used his company or another company... I needed to update the septic lids. I had priced around the same lids and 24-7 Pump Out was $200.00 less than any other companies. Now my septic is secure and no more water seeks in to the drain field. This company is extremely reasonable and really cares and takes pride in their work for all of the services they provide. At the last moment before the plumbers arrival, I had to rush out and pick up one of my kids because my wife was running late. Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. Some companies are not able to give estimates without both homeowners there walking thru everything which is ridiculous. Anyway, he came back a few days later, showed up right on time for the job and got to work right away. There was minimal disruption and the guy worked very well independently. In the end the project was completed successfully and everything was done exactly as I wanted. Five star work! It's kind of cliche but it's a little hard to find a good plumber these days. The tech was professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself. He charged me the same as his estimate. So why 4 stars? They use an AI agent scheduler. The AI texted me conflicting info the morning of my appointment. It made me think that my appointment would be delayed or canceled. It wasted my time by impersonating a real human who could be reasoned with. I texted it back, arguing with an AI agent about it. It stressed me out when I absolutely did not need that unnecessary aggravation. Turns out the AI hallucinated the delay. The extra stress was completely unnecessary. Get a person to communicate with customers, please. Texting with an AI impersonating a human is undignified at best, insulting at worst. It feels like deception and disdain. This should be 5 stars. They did a 5 star job. Their AI customer service lost them a star.
