This is the digital card she sent to a family member pretending to need her services since She was not answering or returning my calls.

Zero stars. Ruth contacted me following a request for plumbing services via Angies List. I found out through the complaints department that they used to be a registered contractor until January 2022. Somehow, they are still funneling referrals from Angies list. She used the phone# 305-332-1321 to contact me She sent a James aka Richard Lodman (954) 496-1202 (754) 262-3922 who wanted to keep me as a future client. On May 3, 2022, James came to my house took out the garbage disposal and changed the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink that was not draining. Two weeks later the problem resumes and now Ruth representing Dave21 Plumbing is not returning my calls, texts, or even sending a copy of the receipt for paying cash $230, that was handed to James on-site. Be wary of this entity not returning to finish, reassess or complete the job once payment has been received. Never pay them cash.

    After

Thanks Dave 21 for a great job! Our showers had been getting cooler and cooler for about a week, so we called our apartment owner to let them know. That was Tuesday afternoon; by Thursday morning Dave 21 was at our place taking care of the problem. By the end of it, he made sure the water was heating properly with the correct amount of pressure. During the fix he also found questionable electrical wiring from whoever worked on it previously, was able to remove it and replace with a new heater and new copper piping (see BEFORE and AFTER pics below). Throughout the process he kept me informed of what was happening and what he and his team were doing to fix it. I recommend Dave 21 for all your prompt and professional plumbing needs!

She came right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time! I asked if I could show her 2 other plumbing problems fearing that she would say no because she had a busy schedule that day, to my surprise she happily agreed, took note of my problems, said she would get back to me as soon as she could to schedule another visit. I thought I would have to replace 2 other faucets, but Amy thought she could fix it instead & saving me time and money!! This is not the first time I've called Amy, but I'm still amazed at how knowledgeable and professional Amy is and how quickly she resolves ANY issues I have and I pray that she never retires, because I'll never call any other plumber!! Amy is the BEST!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. I had been using Amy's Plumbing for a while -- they were always…read moreexpensive, but at least upfront with pricing and the work was done as promised. Unfortunately, the most recent job showed a complete change in their ethics and customer care. I called them to fix a leaking bathtub faucet in my guest bathroom. I was presented with two options: * $850 for a 3-handle replacement but requiring a hole in the wall, and * $1,150 for a 1-handle replacement with a clear promise that no hole in the wall would be needed. I agreed to the more expensive option specifically because they guaranteed no wall damage. While I was off the premises, Amy called insisting the plumber needed to be paid immediately before leaving. I paid. When I got home, I found a large hole in the wall in my master bedroom -- the exact thing they promised would not happen. I called Amy right away. Instead of owning the mistake, she blamed "miscommunication," said the plumber should have called me, and then started gaslighting me by claiming the job was "more expensive" and that I should be grateful that they kept the "old price." Absolutely absurd -- especially considering the already outrageous cost. I offered two reasonable solutions: * reduce the cost to the $850 option (the one that did require a hole), or * fix the wall they damaged. She refused both and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Key points future customers should know: Pricing has become outrageous; greed has replaced fairness. They do not uphold their agreements -- even written or verbal commitments mean nothing here. Customer care is nonexistent. It feels like they have enough clients and simply don't care about losing anyone. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and ethical plumbing company, this is not it. I never leave reviews like this, but the level of dishonesty and disrespect I experienced deserves to be public. UPDATE / CLARIFICATION: The owner posted a response that unfortunately does not match what actually happened, so I want to clarify a few key facts for anyone reading this. I was originally given two options for replacing my leaking tub faucet: $850 for a 3-handle valve, with a hole in the back wall. $1,150 for a single-handle upgraded valve, with a clear promise that no hole in the wall would be needed. I chose the more expensive option solely because I was told it would avoid cutting into the bedroom wall. However, when I came home, the wall was cut open anyway, and the tiles in the bathroom were also disturbed. I never received a call, no one asked permission, and no one sent photos before opening the wall. The work was done without any notice. The owner now claims that: the tiles "were not disturbed" (they were), I approved additional work because of corrosion (I was never contacted), and that "no one promised the wall wouldn't be opened" (the entire reason for choosing the $1,150 option was exactly that promise). These statements contradict what was discussed before the job started and what I saw afterward. I asked for a fair resolution -- either: * adjust the price to the $850 option, since that's effectively the method they ended up using, or * repair the wall they opened without authorization. Both were refused. I had used this company before when their pricing was high but transparent. This last experience showed a complete change: the price increased into unreasonable territory, the agreement wasn't honored, and decisions were made without my approval, followed by a response that tried to reframe the situation instead of addressing the issue. I stand by my original review. If you value straightforward communication, predictable pricing, and respect for your home, please be cautious here.

Installed 1st washer box with zero issues and when he returned a few weeks later to install the 2nd washer box he raised the price to $2400.00 for just the 2nd box alone. I confirmed pricing the day before with the office and then the day of when I questioned the tech and spoke to the manager he was rude and belittled me asking if I read the "fine print". I have never felt so disrespected before in my life. This company is the pure definition of the bait and switch. I would NEVER refer or recommend them under any situation. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE Job was performed by Mainline Plumbing for $650 which is HALF of what I paid for the original job with NO attitude and BS. Also wanted to add that when John The Plumber performed the first install they took it upon themselves to use another contractors vacuum which was damaged and had to be replaced. Do yourself a favor and AVOID the drama with this company.

I called 4 Star Plumbing around 1:30 pm and by 2:20 p.m. they had someone at my house. Derek was very nice and I felt horrible for him to climb the roof in this heat. It cost $500 to snake two pipes they... the cost is the same for one or two or three pipes if they have to get on your roof that's the cost. If you know where your cleanout is it is slightly cheaper. Derek asked me where they sneaked it last time and I told him that they came down the roof. The entire process took about an hour Derek took his time, ran the water, snaked again, Etc. I also asked them for an estimate for a water heater and replacement of cast iron pipes. Besides the sticker shock, I was very impressed by their services! Quick and efficient with no extra fees to come out...one sticker price. Let's face it everything is more expensive now so since they came out so quickly I feel it was worth the money. If you want to shop around... maybe this service would have been cheaper with another company. I've never had a bad experience with 4 Star Plumbing so I highly recommend them for any job.
