Nikolai is honest and hard working and will make sure the job gets done right. He was transparent about pricing and doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary services or parts. I didn't know what parts to buy so he sent some affordable recommendations on amazon based on my budget. Even just during the quote visit, he gave tips on how to better maintain the pipes so that I could get the best longevity. He replaced my kitchen faucet and two bathroom sink faucets and everything works great. If I ever have any other plumbing services needed in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to him again. Highly recommend! read more

Really happy with the service! The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came out to fix an issue with my shower, quickly identified the problem, and got everything working properly again. Efficient work, and a really positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber! read more

If you live in Miami Beach area, look no further. I've had few plumbing services done at my condo from other services and each time they've either done a shabby job or tried to over-charge for labor. AAA plumbing is the most direct, 0 hassle, and down-to-earth plumbing service I've ever worked with so far. No haggling, no surprise charge, and extremely efficient with the job! Nikolay even gave me an extra boost on my shower-head as a bonus when he was only being charged for fixing the clogged plumbing below. Super chill guy who's just trying to get the job done as efficiently as possible and get out of the way so that you can go about your day completely hassle-free. I highly recommend Nikolay over other local plumbing services around Miami Beach! read more

Needed a gas line installed (replaced) from the meter into my condo located on the 2nd floor. They Installed shut off valves and lines for both my stove and dryer, & connected everything. Passed inspection with the gas company the inspector said "it was excellent work ". I also had a new toilet and a new dishwasher installed. Fast, efficient & reliable. I highly recommend AAA Plumbing (Nikolai) for all your plumbing services . One happy customer read more

Eli was awesome! I called about a quote for a garbage disposal, and instead of a quote over the phone, I had an actual plumber come to my house in about an hour, and it was AFTER HOURS! He even took off his shoes and respected my space, without me asking. After taking a moment to look at the pipes in my old building, he recommended not installing it based on the diameter and height of the pipes which would leave me with a wet and smelly disposal. It is so easy to be taken for a ride these days, and I am so grateful an honest plumber is out there! I will be calling Eli EVERY TIME that I need some plumbing work, because he has already proven he is fast, reliable, and trustworthy. Will recommend to all my friends! Plus he is funny, and has a great personality :) Thanks, AAA Plumbing!! read more

AAA Plumbing Services took care of the problem i had off normal ours extremely fast and professionally. I didn't have to call twice or leave the him message. He took my call @9pm. (I had the toilet issues. ‍‍) It wasn't the first time i had to contact them. I used their services few years back. Nik is the best! Call him, you will not be disappointed. read more

I called these guys based on reviews, which makes me think they are fake now, but this was the rudest worst experience I've ever had calling a contractor! Told me it was $175 minimum just to come out plus service plus parts, and I politely said, sorry, but I think that's too expensive as I just have a leaky pipe behind my toilet. The guy then responded "IT'S NOT TOO EXPENSIVE, your property taxes are $3-7k a year, which they're not. I said sorry, not interested and he continued to be rude. I then got a text from him saying "Are you Jewish?!" What slime balls!!! I would never use a company like this. Pure scum. read more

Great service. It was refreshing to find a plumber who not only does a great job, at affordable prices but is willing go above and beyond. I bought the wrong size toilet but Nick happily drove me to Home Depot and helped choose a replacement. He obviously takes great pride in his work and did a fantastic installation. I rely on Yelp reviews to help select professional services so I need to help others with this following review. Nikolay, AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service scammed me last week out of $820 for work that my maintenance man James (if he had been available) could have done for $100. James confronted him and Nikolay of AAA Plumbing said to James "YES! I'M A SHADY MOTHERFUCKER". There was a leak bet 1st & 2nd floor bathrooms. It took him five days to "fix" it. Every day he said he would be here in the morning & fix it that same day. But he always showed up in the afternoon-whenever he wanted & without notice. Then he wld leave to get "parts" from his shop 5 min. away but he wld come back 2 hours later. It was clear that he knows once a "client" starts & is told "I'll fix it today" every day that the client isn't going to call another plumber at that point. SO-He was done and wanted $820. I repeatedly asked him "how" he fixed it bec I didn't see anything different. He didn't replace the pipe that was leaking. He said that wld be too much work. He REFUSED to tell me how he fixed it. I stupidly paid him and he was So pleased with himself for getting away with it. When James demanded Nikolay explain what he did, Nikolay REFUSED to answer. James didn't give up & Nikolay finally said "I REPLACED THE RUBBER RINGS UNDER THE TOILET". Toilet rings cost @$4. The toilet can be removed and replaced in less than one hour. James said Nikolay was smiling when he said "Yes!. I'm a Shady Motherfucker". read more

Nikolay was amazing. He came in one hour. He worked his tail off to fix our problem. Extremely professional untiring and dedicated. Compassionate. We are grateful for his excellent work especially since our mom who is disabled needed access to her bathroom. He even took an additional trip to Home Depot to fully finish the job. God Bless Our Plumber Nikolay. read more

Our water heater went out just before departing for vacation. Finding a plumber in short notice was difficult, but Nikolay at AAA said give me two hours to respond. He showed up, assessed the job, recommended the right replacement water heater and went to pick it up same day. He had it installed by end of the day and carted away the old tank. He cleaned up spotlessly when done. I'd recommend him anytime. read more

Fast service from a truly friendly guy. I recommend. Quick repair, clean job, I'd call again for small plumbing repair.

Wonderful service and real professional work. I called to ask for a last minute project at 3pm and by 5pm Dimitri and his team showed up ready to work! I called AAA Plumbing to help with a clogged garbage disposal. Based off the other Yelp reviews, we thought we'd give these guys a try. I spoke to the owner, Nicolai, at about 8am, and he said he could come between 10-10:30 the same day. He actually ended up showing up earlier than promised (this never seems to happen...). He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Since it was the first time in our building, he needed to prove license/insurance info to the management office. Normally this is where other contractors have gotten very annoyed with the process and have caused issues for us in the past (getting aggressive with Management, almost getting kicked out, etc). But not Nicolai. He was calm and polite, and gave them everything they needed. As for the actual issue, he was upfront with pricing and was quick to begin the repair. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and within about 30 minutes, everything was back to normal. All the while, he completed the work with a very friendly demeanor. Prices seemed very reasonable for the area, and if we run into any other issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call him back. read more

The service was top notch. I called late on a Tues night and had my questions answered. Booked next day repair and repairman contacted me and coordinated times. Having lived all my life in South Florida, I have dealt with my share of unreliable service professionals. I was not disappointed with this company. Several weeks ago I had a major plumbing issue caused by root growth in my sewer line. I found this company on Yelp and called them after reading some of the reviews. The company was at my house within half an hour of calling them. They installed an outside clean out and cleared the obstruction. I have TOTO toilets that were installed in all 3 of my bathrooms by the previous owners of my condo. They are incredibly difficult and extremely expensive to service. I called Nikolai at 9pm to come out a new shut off valve on my kitchen sink because mine failed and flooded my entire condo and the two condos below mine. Even though it was his birthday, he stopped what he was doing and showed up (wearing a suit!), within 2 hours, so that we could replace the valve and get the water restored to the rest of the building. If I could give this business a zero I would. I had trouble calling from my phone where he could not hear me and he immediately blocked me when I tried to call back. I called back from my husbands phone and the man on the other end asked me weird questions. He told me he blocked me which I thought was very unprofessional. I got the vibe he was not good business and told him I'm not interested in his services because he was very rude. I politely hung up and this person texted my hubbys phone and told me I was disrespectful. Really, what business person does that!! Disgusting As I'm taking my time reading through all the reviews because I still cannot believe this person is still in business, I see a lot of encounters just like mine with this guy. How is it that he has such high reviews??? Had I took my time to read the reviews one by one, I would never have called!! They have to be fake or his mood changes day by day... As you can see this company is Crazy..everyone please stay away. I had a faucet that needed an extension, explained this to the man on the phone. I cannot believe you wrote this...well yes I can. This is how you deal with ppl..please read the reviews. No fraud, this reply was not a good cover up for your disgusting behavior. read more

I called to make an appointment and requested a price range for faucet repair. He said text me the details and a picture, ignored my request for a quote and hung up. I called back and was told I can get a quote when he can see the picture of the faucet. Hour after I send him the information, I ask him to confirm he got it and I got back an "Ok". I then again requested the price range and was ignored - which led me to book with Handybook instead. Who knows if he would have even showed up. These 5 star reviews are questionable - who puts a link to the company's website in a review??.. Zero customer service. Thanks for nothing. read more

When calling the number listed on this Yelp page, the person on the other end asked me if it was an Emergency. I stated it was not, they responded with, "then what do you want?" I was surprised by this rude response, so I asked if that was how you responded to all phone calls. He angrily, told me I called the emergency line. When I suggested he update the number on Yelp, he asked if there was anything else I suggested he do with his life. With that being said, I would still recommend this place to my friends only after they clogged up their bowl after explosive diarrhea. read more
