The water heater in my home was leaking and I knew it was time for a new one. I had a time constraint and needed to find someone to come out and take care of the water heater replacement as soon as possible. Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I had a considerable-sized job for one of my buildings and had to find a new plumbing contractor because all the last ones lacked something. Whether it was arriving on time, sticking to the schedule, or just simply doing what they say, without changing things midway, and/or asking for more money. From the first phone call, they did what they said. On time, every day, working with unforeseen circumstances and staying within the estimated cost (something not seen in Miami). Alex and his guys did an amazing job on our house in South Miami. Alex was also very polite, well dressed and very knowledgeable. Their van was very organized. Not to mention they replaced all our cast iron with PVC piping in one day!!! They showed up at 8am and didn't leave until 11pm. They picked up the excess rocks that were dug up and cleaned everything after the job was done. Toilets and showers worked great after the job was done. Pricing was competitive too. JCN plumbing now known as Diamond plumbing was amazing to work with. Every person that I spoke to from the office to the people that came out and provided an estimate to the actual workers all were amazingly nice and knowledgeable, most importantly they spoke English which is hard to find nowadays with any Contractor. I was under a very tight timeframe and they were able to come out the next day and install the drain lines for my gutters. The excellent service they provided was well worth the cost. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I can't believe some people rated them high. Guess they got lucky. I made an appointment with them on Saturday and Nicole was nice on the phone which fooled me as nice didn't do the job. They couldn't come Sat. so they gave me a window for Monday of 9:00 to 130 and I am the owner of my business and I wanted to be there for when the repair was done so I waited for the entire window and not until 1 o'clock - the end of the window was when they told me they weren't gonna make it yet throughout the entire window they kept promising they'd make it before 1:30. Then they AGAIN promised they would get there in the evening when we were back again at the shop For between 5:00-9:00pm and then at 5 o'clock when they were supposed to be there they messaged me that they weren't going to get there at all and they would reschedule me for Wednesday, whichis Christmas day. I was so upset - they just strung me along for days and NEVER CAME & showed up all thru their promised LARGE, 5 hr windows - they are worse than the cable companies. I ended up calling this awesome new plumber on South Beach named Scotty - who came within 20 minutes and fixed my issue immediately. I was mad at myself for allowing them to consistently have no integrity and constantly give me broken promises and string me along out of my need to get the issue fixed - And never show up at all! I called JCN Plumbing due to a leak coming through my walls. They were able to send Khris out the same day. Due to the nature of the problem, the repair could not happen the same day, but Khris was at my house early the next day and the day after that to do all repairs necessary. He was kind and courteous and adequately explained everything that needed to be done. At the end of the day he left everything clean. I would definitely call them again! read more

I am renting a condo in Miami Beach and have a problem with a water leak from the shower . It appears to be a major job so I don't know if the owner will use them , but from my experience I would . First of all, the office person Nicole , was very understanding of my situation- not wanting g to waste my vacation waiting on the plumber . She kept me updated constantly. She was a pleasure to talk with. The tech that came out , Antonio , was magnificent. He was punctual, but mostly polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done and how much time involved. E spoke very eloquently. Hard to find in a young person. If I lived in Miami, this would be my go to company . read more
