Great tasting water and wonderful customer service. I already had to increase my order after one week because we can't get enough.

I have been using this water delivery service since March 2020 when covid started & I haven't been…read morelet down yet. I have my water delivered on a monthly basis and every delivery has been made on time. The drivers are personable and give out samples of new products on occasion, which is a nice touch. I have a standard recurring order but I have the option to change it, or even skip a month, I do everything online and it couldn't be any easier. Calling customer service is fine too, but I do it online to avoid the wait. Hurricane season is quickly approaching and I am grateful I don't have to worry about running out to get water. One less thing to worry about works for me, because I have enough things on my plate. I love that they send you delivery reminders by text, that way if you need to make a change there is still time to do so. Billing is up to you; they can keep your card on file or send you an invoice. I like that they run my card after the delivery has been made. Tips are optional and can be made in person or online. I recommend Ready Refresh if you are looking for a delivery service. They sell cases or water coolers along with many other products. Check out their website for further information.

I have NOTHING GOOD to say about this company. The only reason they've had my business for almost 4…read moreyears is because they have a monopoly in my area and they know it. Price gouging comes to mind. They raise their fees every 2-3 months and their customer service stinks. I have NEVER missed a monthly payment. Last month, I inadvertently missed .93 cents when I paid online. 93 CENTS. This month, there is a $20. late fee on my bill for my .93 cent oversight. I immediately contacted them when i saw that - TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. Talk about BAD BUSINESS. I am/was an excellent customer, despite their lousy service. In a year, they have been on time with delivery just TWO TIMES. All the other deliveries are late - not just a day or two, but a WEEK or TWO LATE. I have cases of water delivered because I physically can't carry cases from my car to my 2nd floor apartment. But when they're late, I am forced to buy from the store and carry 6 bottles at a time to my home. HORRIBLE SERVICE. GOOD LUCK.

The filters associated…read morewith the reverse osmosis system are insanely expensive and are supposed to be replaced annually, with one to be replaced every two years. Of course, when it was installed, I was not told that the filter prices would become prohibitively expensive and it's hard to fathom why in just two years they have. I just had a service call because it was time for replacement as water was looking cloudy. The cost of replacing all necessary filters was close to $1k!!! My jaw dropped. This did not include the cost of replacing the carbon in the filter that covers the rest of the water in the house. I am extremely disappointed by this absolutely outrageous increase in pricing. It would be more economical for me to buy cases of water and drink and bathe in bottled water. I do not understand how anyone is purchasing and maintaining these systems or, frankly, why anyone would purchase one of these systems from Culligan going forward.

Needless to say I felt loosing me as a customer was not a concern of theirs. I wised up and moved on.
