That was extremely rude, he didn't even have the decency to tell me I'm sorry I'm late but I will be there . I left them another message telling him how rude and unprofessional his message was and never heard from him again I wasted an entire day from work that he was aware of. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I definitely needed the work done asap and think I paid the price, more than double, for that because it was way more expensive than I expected. Thanks

I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. I was totally shocked as my unit is not that old and was told that the motherboard was not sending signals to the compressor to turn on and if they replace the motherboard, it still may not send the signal and then I would have to replace my compressor also. I called another company that was also recommended to me and a technician within 10 minutes found the problem to be a $240 capacitor, which was changed in less than a half an hour and I had air again!!
