I had a time…read moreconstraint and needed to find someone to come out and take care of the water heater replacement as soon as possible. Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I definitely needed the work done asap and think I paid the price, more than double, for that because it was way more expensive than I expected. Thanks

Whether it was arriving on time, sticking to the schedule, or just simply doing what they say, without changing things midway, and/or asking for more money. Integrity, liability, and overall excellence. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. The estimates were anywhere from the cheapest of $1500. Approx to over $3000. I was totally shocked as my unit is not that old and was told that the motherboard was not sending signals to the compressor to turn on and if they replace the motherboard, it still may not send the signal and then I would have to replace my compressor also. I called another company that was also recommended to me and a technician within 10 minutes found the problem to be a $240 capacitor, which was changed in less than a half an hour and I had air again!! I can't imagine a company trying to rip off somebody buy so much money and completely miss diagnosing, a simple problem and trying and turning it into a huge disaster! WARNING: Avoid Peter's Plumbing Inc. - Overpriced, Faulty Work, and Deceptive Practices…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Peter's Plumbing Inc. in November 2023 to install a 40-gallon natural gas water heater at my home in Lake Worth, FL. The job cost me $2,500 for a basic Home Depot unit, and I later discovered that their work was not up to code, missing key safety components, and set up to fail. Major Problems with Their Work: Faulty installation - The system failed way earlier than expected because of their improper work. They lied about pulling permits - They claimed the job was permitted, but no permit was ever issued. They overcharge for poor service - $2,500 for a basic water heater install is outrageous. What Happened Next? By February 2025, my water heater was already failing. I called them back, expecting them to fix their mistakes. Instead, they replaced the wrong part and charged me another $500 for an unnecessary valve replacement--while ignoring the real issue they caused in the first place. When I confronted their manager, Angel, he stood by their terrible work and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. They take no responsibility for their actions. Final Verdict: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Peter's Plumbing Inc. overcharges, performs subpar work, and preys on customers in need of urgent repairs. If you're considering hiring them, RUN in the opposite direction. I've attached photos of their work so you can see for yourself. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable plumber instead.
