I hired Peter's Plumbing Inc. in November 2023 to install a 40-gallon natural gas water heater at my home in Lake Worth, FL. The job cost me $2,500 for a basic Home Depot unit, and I later discovered that their work was not up to code, missing key safety components, and set up to fail. Major Problems with Their Work: Faulty installation - The system failed way earlier than expected because of their improper work. They lied about pulling permits - They claimed the job was permitted, but no permit was ever issued. They overcharge for poor service - $2,500 for a basic water heater install is outrageous. What Happened Next? By February 2025, my water heater was already failing. I called them back, expecting them to fix their mistakes. Instead, they replaced the wrong part and charged me another $500 for an unnecessary valve replacement--while ignoring the real issue they caused in the first place. When I confronted their manager, Angel, he stood by their terrible work and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. They take no responsibility for their actions. Final Verdict: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Peter's Plumbing Inc. overcharges, performs subpar work, and preys on customers in need of urgent repairs.
