When I told Jim the problem, he thought it might be an easy fix and tried to explain it over the phone so I could do it myself and he wouldn't have to charge me. How freaking nice is that?!? Unfortunately, I didn't have the necessary tools for the fix. Jim recognized the bind I was in and he was at my place in less than 40 mins and only charged me 1/4 of what the other companies were quoting! I can't recommend him enough!

His pricing is beyond reasonable & he is ALWAYS professional, courteous, polite and keeps the areas he is working in CLEAN. They are always on time & efficient. Monica is very pleasant to speak with as well. I have reccommended General Plumbing to countless friends. I have gotten estimates from other plumbers (just to do my on due dilligence) and General Plumbing always comes in less expensive. Jim was just here over the holiday weekend and my bill was $140 to fix a leak in the ceiling! The other estimate that I recieved, from another company, was $275 just to do a leak detection without fixing it. I've read some of the other reveiws and I have never encountered any of those problems.

This time we had a toilet that was clogged and would not flush properly. Called Jasmine in the morning and she was able to dispatch one of the guys (sorry, forget his name) by early afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue, had to remove the toilet to snake the pipe properly, cleared the blockage and reinstalled the toilet in about 1.5 hours. Did a great job on the caulking along the floor too, PLUS he cleaned up after himself quite thoroughly. Never thrilled with the price of such repairs, but definitely in line with going rates and happy to pay someone else to do the work. While needing a plumber is never a good thing, we're thrilled we found Titan Plumbing Repair as this team is great. Highly recommend them.
