I ended up needing to replace my garbage disposal. Juan was very helpful and responsive. Juan helped resolve this issue within a few days (rate-limiting steps was me buying the garbage disposal and hearing back from building management). He gave me recs of what garbage disposal to buy, submitted the paperwork for building management, and came at the exact time he said he would! On top of that, he quoted a very reasonable price for his services. Efficient and professional. Thank you, Juan! read more

Real professional ! They know the system, diagnose quick and Fix the issue fast, very impressive! Thank you so much, Juan! read more

Juan came the same morning to fix a bad clog in my sink. Came quick, did great work, all for a reasonable price.

Gosted. Told us he was coming next day and then he stopped answering his phone. Can't believe had a good rating

DO not hire this guy Juan as he has no integrity and not a man of his word. He quoted me $250 to fix a project/leak in my tub and then changed it to $450 for the same job. He is not a nice person and if I were you I would find a nicer person and more honest plumber to do your job! thank you read more

I contacted Mohr Plumbing through the Yelp hire a contractor app feature allowing vendors to send you their estimates. I needed to have a hot water heater replaced in our condo and Juan at Mohr responded back to me on Yelp saying that they can only install a hot water heater, but wouldn't supply it to us. When I questioned it, the rep just said "I just don't". I asked how can we have the job done if I don't even know the kind of hot water heater to buy? They Juan just responded back to find another plumber. They were extremely rude to me and I wouldn't recommend Mohr to my worst enemy. --------------- Update: After posting my review, Juan messaged me on Yelp, and I felt like I was being personally attacked by warning other Yelpers of how Juan treats customers. This was pulled from Juan's message to me: "Really you gave me a review because I don't provide a water heater? I don't have to provide the water heater. I'm a plumber , no supply Sorry but you have a little problem." Just want to highlight how Juan treats customers, or potential customers of his business. read more

We've been doing extensive work on our house and had a negative experience with the GC we hired. After firing him, we were left without a plumber to finish the job. We had no toilets, no shower or tub, no kitchen sink, no running water in the house. I found Mohr on Yelp and, impressed with his stellar reviews, I reached out to him for the help that my family urgently needed. Juan was responsive and quickly available to help me with things that are critical to having a livable home... he installed my kitchen sink and faucet, toilet, bathtub and tub filler, bathroom sink and faucet, etc. He and his apprentice are skilled, professional and honest. They respected my home and kept the area clean. Everything they've done is holding up well and I will definitely call them for any future work we have done. Thank you, Juan! read more

I have a service back in January 2nd to unclog kitchen sink, they came and pass the so called snake restoring the flow. Today it happens again, I called to see if they will check and maybe do a better unclogging and was told I have to pay again. If a service cannot be warranty at least for a month I don't think it is worth it. I don't recomment it unless you want to double pay read more

After years of trying to fix a low pressure hot water issue across the house and specially in our master bathroom, and after hearing all kinds of crazy diagnosis and solutions from plumbers.... Juan just did it!! I contacted Morh yesterday based on their positive Yelp reviews. Juan was able to come the next day, on time, and ready to take the time to throughly troubleshoot the issue (opened and clean the water heater, got in the crawling space under the house, cleaned connections, etc etc). He was able to ping point the issues and he solved each one on the spot. Juan and his son (who assists him on jobs while learning the craft) were both very professional and they the job done. Amazing work! Thanks Juan! read more

Quick response rate and easy to work with. He came out and fix the spigot that needed replacing. Will use again.

Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages. I ended up having to replace the tile throughout the entire house out of my pocket. Very unprofessional!!! read more

I contacted Mohr Plumbing and was promptly in touch with Juan. After describing my plumbing issue, he told me he would pass by our location the same day. He showed up as stated, and quickly addressed, and assessed the problem. After accepting his quote, he completed the repair in about an hour. Juan was professional, courteous and performed exactly as stated. I would recommend this plumber. read more

Came with an assistant & only a flashlight! Paid $100 to be told there is no leak! I mentioned the neighbor below us has a leak in his ceiling that's directly below our bathroom - He said we didn't have a leak ! Secondly, showed him how the leak has lifted our laminate flooring - He said we didn't have a leak ! He may be capable at small jobs but simply could not assist in locating where the leak is from coming or thought it was easier just to charge $100 for a 30 minute visit read more

* Professional and knowledgeable * On time and responsive * Fair price and fast service What more could you ask for? I recently purchased an older home and inherited a pretty awful leak coming from somewhere in the bathroom, evidenced by water damage visible in pictures the house inspector took of the crawl space under the house. I requested a quote via Yelp and Juan offered to come out the very next day. He quickly identified the source of the leak (shower drain) and explained the repair. A few days later, he came back and replaced the pipe and the drain in no time. He was focused, fast, and quiet, which I really appreciated because I am currently working from home. We will definitely be calling Juan for all future plumbing issues. PS: another plumbing company I messaged wanted to charge me more for a quote than Juan charged for the entire repair...do yourself a favor and skip contacting the other guys and go straight to Mohr Corp. read more

I have found my plumber! I spoke to Juan last week and knew I needed a mainline clean out but my son works from home and couldn't have the intrusion. Fast forward to today, Saturday two days after Thanksgiving and basically his bathtub was his toilet. I don't think I need to say anymore. I reached out to Juan within 30 minutes he was there, did the main line clear out and only charged me a teeny bit more than his original price to come during the week. This is very rare for Miami and in fact $100 less than I was quoted by many other companies when I searched during the week prior to Thanksgiving. So rare and refreshing to find a responsible, reliable, reasonable and courteous service company I just can't recommend this guy highly enough. He really has made my weekend. Thank you, Juan!!!! read more

Came for an estimate and was ready to do the job right away. One less thing on my plate. Very much appreciated! read more

Juan is a gem! Very responsive on text and via yelp. Icing on the cake, he was on time to the job! I have worked with two other plumbers but none as easy going and approachable. He installed an under the counter water filtration system for me and it was very fair priced. I did however need to find a handyman to drill a hole in the counter for the faucet ; Juan does not do that. Juan answered all the questions I had. He said If I had any issues, he'd come back to check on it. So far so good even though its only been a day. read more

Fabulous, and absolutely no stress!! Came on time, fixed the situation and left!! Highly recommended!!

Satisfied with service. Water heater was replaced. Very professional. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Responsive and reliable. Solved my bathroom issues quickly and effectively. Would hire him again for any plumbing issues.

They came out to find and fix where a "strange noise" was coming from. They were able to come the same day. Found the under ground leak, Fixed it, and suggested I take pictures to show the water company. I asked them to replace my main water valve since it was in the same area as the repair. They did everything in less than 2 hrs. read more

It is unfortunate that it was not a good experience for me despite all the good reviews. I have reached out to Juan for clogged toilet. He came and checked , said everything is ok and charged for his inspection without doing anything. 3 days later toilet clogged again, this time he didnt even answer my calls/ messages for days. I had to hire another plumber as he was not communicating and not reliable. Just dont understand how hard it is to reply " i am available this day/ this time" read more

The reviewers are indeed correct...Juan is an all-around good guy. My appointment was suppose to be at 9 am but he texted me to let me know ahead of time that he would arrive later than expected because he had to take care of something with an inspector. I've been stood up before by other companies who wouldn't even bother to call/text you if they are late or if they can't make it. Juan prices are very reasonable and fair. He installed our electric water heater and change 5 shut off valves, and the job was done beautifully....he even fix our drain pipe and change the leveling leg to our front loader washer machine while he was here. I'll be recommending him to all of my neighbors that inquire about a plumber. Call him, you will not be disappointed. read more

The reviews are all accurate -- Juan is a man of few words but gets the job done well.

In searching for a plumber to fix my exterior water spigot I put a quote out onto Yelp. To be honest I didn't know if anyone would reach out quickly or provide an estimate online. Luckily Juan messaged back within a few minutes. He asked for a picture of the valve and immediately provided me with an estimate. The same day I put out the quote Juan said he could stop by. That is some fast service. We were not home so we scheduled it for a few days after. He showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and fixed it for us. All materials and labor were included in his price. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing services. read more

I 100% agree with all the reviews. Professional and very fast!! So happy to have found a company I can use for more future services. I had booked an appt for toilet removal and installation. Took under 30min and he was done. I plan on using these services again for water heater installation and installation of washer/dryer. I made the worst Cuban coffee that day, so I must redeem myself... you'll see me again! Thank you read more

Had a leaking toilet that needed to be resealed. Gave me a quick and fair price, came out same day and did everything perfect! Went the extra mile and cleaned around the work area (there was some dirt/gunk hidden behind the toilet he cleaned as well) and was careful when moving the toilet not to damage it or the floors. Everything you would hope for when hiring a professional...so many people these days do a half ass job, but Mohr takes care and pride in their work and did a great job. Will definitely use again and refer to others...thanks Mohr! read more
