I contacted Mohr Plumbing through the Yelp hire a contractor app feature allowing vendors to send you their estimates. I needed to have a hot water heater replaced in our condo and Juan at Mohr responded back to me on Yelp saying that they can only install a hot water heater, but wouldn't supply it to us. When I questioned it, the rep just said "I just don't". I asked how can we have the job done if I don't even know the kind of hot water heater to buy? They Juan just responded back to find another plumber. They were extremely rude to me and I wouldn't recommend Mohr to my worst enemy. --------------- Update: After posting my review, Juan messaged me on Yelp, and I felt like I was being personally attacked by warning other Yelpers of how Juan treats customers. I have a service back in January 2nd to unclog kitchen sink, they came and pass the so called snake restoring the flow. Today it happens again, I called to see if they will check and maybe do a better unclogging and was told I have to pay again. If a service cannot be warranty at least for a month I don't think it is worth it. I don't recomment it unless you want to double pay read more

Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages.
