Both of my toilets were clogged, so I used Yelp to help me find a good plumber. I found All Dade Plumbing. The reviews I read were all positive, so I called them. Allison picked up the phone and I was surprised, because it was on Friday, July, 3. I wasn't sure if they would be open due to the holiday. Anyway, she answered and she said she would take my number and have one of their plumbers, Harold give me a call. Later on that day, Harold showed up, diagnosed the problem, snaked out the pipes, and voila, all fixed! Harold was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend All Dade Plumbing to anyone who needs a good, reliable plumber. read more

We have used All Dade Plumbing several times. They have always provided fast, reliable service.

David P. Miami, FL I recently had ADP work on a Gas Water Heater replacement per code and also Replacing the Spark Assembly. Hector did an outstanding job in re-routing the outdated Vent and Cap. The Inspection went smooth with Kenny working with the Inspector. The Communication with Alyson in the Office made the scheduling easy along in assisting with the Roofer as needed. read more

After months of working with several gas plumbers on determining the issue and attempting various fixes with our pilot light repeatedly going out, it was All Dade Plumbing that proved to be the most knowledgeable, professional, & worked efficiently in finally resolving our commercial water heater issue from replacing the old flue pipe hatter, adding a sediment T Trap and ultimately replacing the pilot light assembly. Their cost was not the best in town but fair and worth it knowing the job is going to get done right and quick. read more

Came out to my condo to check on a leak and give an estimate on a repair for a violation. Never got an estimate, kept putting me off for 3 weeks. Finally, they tell me they don't have time to do the work. Very unhappy with their customer service. Would never call again. read more

The employees were polite and professional. They kept us informed of the jobs progress. The employees seem honest and trustworthy. The jobsite was cleaned at the end of the job and throughout. I would you hire them again and refer to a friend without reservation. read more

Toilet did not flush properly.  Called them.  Guy came out and ran the snake in the toilet.  It did not clear the debris.  For that, I paid $110.  I am replacing the toilet. Update: while replacing the toilet with a different plumber, the plumber discovered that the problem was the existing toilet was installed incorrectly. This was evident when the toilet was removed. The All Dade Plumber should have thought to remove the toilet to check whether the connection with the plumbing below the toilet. I did not think of suggesting it, but I am not paid to be an expert. The fact that All Dade did not do it is incompetence. read more

This was my first experience with this company and they were very thorough and professional. Wesley took the time to explain our issue to us and provided genuine feedback. The owner Kenny was involved throughout the service to make sure things were done right. read more

Have used them over the years for various issues. Super reliable and they do very good work.

This is the second time I have called All Dade Plumbing, (different reasons), and the continue to be the BEST in my eyes!! They all are extremely responsive and professional. They are very clear and honest with the repair that is needed and how much it will cost. This time ADP was called for a leak in the garbage disposal and Daniel Phillips completed the service call. All I can say is that I am beyond pleased with the service provided and the completion of the task. I continue to highly recommend. Please keep reading for my previous review. 10/29/2018 All Dade Plumbing is the BEST!! I initially contacted All Dade Plumbing via their website. I certainly did not expect an immediate response, especially since this was not an emergency. (I needed a broken dishwasher removed and a new dishwasher installed.) Kenny responded immediately with a very reasonable estimate. By the time I called during working hours to schedule the appointment, Kenny had already provided the office with my information. It was so nice to be greeted with, "We were expecting your call." The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and Pablo arrived right on time. He was friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. He even cleaned up afterward. Best of all, the amount I was quoted is the amount I was charged. I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Dade Plumbing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I have personally used All Dade Plumbing for multiple jobs and have referred them to a number of friends and family. I have never had a complaint and feel confident referring them (something I typically WILL NOT do). They are reasonable with pricing and you can always reach their office. I highly recommend them and will not personally use anyone else. read more

They installed my tankless gas water heater for a very reasonable price given the amount of work involved. They came quickly for the estimate and had good follow up. Best of all it works great. read more

Unprofessional company in its dealings with the clients and also incompetent in terms of city permitting. They did a job and did not advise us that it requires permit from the city, as a result of which we are still dealing with the city officials and have been penalized for this. They also refused to assist further with anything. read more

The work got completed but it took a lot of time and energy to get everything done. 1. They were called in to check on a valve that supposedly needed to be changed per dishwasher delivery team. They came, on time, checked the valve and said all good, no need to change. Told me delivery team should know better, that they'd come back to install it if needed. 2. After delivery team came back and said they could not install the dishwasher, All Dade came back to install it. They actually had to CHANGE the valve - had they changed it the first time, it would have taken 30 more minutes and saved everybody some headaches. And I would not have been charged twice. They came 2.5 hours late to install the dishwasher, after I was told they would come during first morning slot between 7 and 9. I had to call 3 times to get some response and before they eventually dispatched someone. 3. Dishwasher finally was installed. Sometime during install, the water heater tripped. The tenants told me that they never had hot water when they returned the next day. No one was in the house between dishwasher install and them returning with no hot water. I was told this is just a coincidence. Water heater has been on for 2 years without tripping once. Was charged again to switch it on. This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience overall. read more

Helpful and knowledgeable office staff and the plumber was thorough and friendly as well. Will plan to use them again.

My elderly mom hired All Dade Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. They replaced a gasket and charged $240 total, $40 to show up, $12 for the gasket and $200 for 2 hours of work. After I called to complain that this simple task should take 15-30 minutes, they said that the bill was correct and that furthermore the plumber had come with an assistant, which they didn't bill for. Apparently, the assistant was learning on the job and whole vocational lesson took 2 hours, which they happily billed to my elderly mom. Only time will tell if the quality of the work was acceptable, but their billing is certainly not. read more

Just wanted to write a review as I rarely do but in this case I felt compelled. My experience when I encountered a plumbing issue turned out to be effortless when I called this company. I've had such great service and experience with this company. Have had them out several times for various plumbing issues and all was resolved timely and efficiently and all plumbers nice and respectful. Particularly love Brett and will request him going forward. I had an issue with the washer after he left (my fault not his) and called the office and he quickly called me back and told me how to fix (again something I did not him). Office even called me next day to make sure everything was ok. Great service!!! read more
