Honest, great job and fair price Same day repair and very happy with their service. I totally recommend this service read more

I had a mysterious sound like water running in my primary bath. Scheduled South End with Teri, and they showed up on time, Camilo expertly diagnosed the issue as an underground leak, dug it up, repaired it and even told me i could submit to the Miami Dade Water a request for adjustment to mitigate the charges for the water we didn't get to use. Very professional, fair and overall great experience dealing with South End. Roger The Falls read more

I highly recommend South End Plumbing! We had a small leak from the toilet which Camilo fixed quickly. I then asked him to look at our kitchen faucet which doesn't shut off properly. He recommended replacing the faucet as it was a poor design. Rather than charge for the visit, Camilo kept the ticket open if I call them back to replace the kitchen faucet. So only one service charge! Amazing! From the first call to the office to the efficient work they are very professional and courteous. Highly recommended! read more

I have used South End Plumbing since the 90s and have always received great reasonable service. Today Greg & Camilo arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, professional and, as usual, did a great job. Terry makes things happen and a special "thank you" as well. I very highly recommend Sound End Plumbing. Thanks again guys! read more

Great company. We have been using them for all of our plumbing needs at out home here in Palmetto Bay for more than twenty years.

This is the second time I have used Southend Plumbing and they knocked it out of the park again! Terri the owner's daughter answered the phone and is so polite and genuine in scheduling your appointment. Tyler her son responded and was on time, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He expeditiously fixed the problem and provided instructions on the product he installed. This is a 5 Star Company and i HIGH RECOMMEND THEM. Thank you again Southend Plumbing for making a bad situation better in a timely manner. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of this business. The service was prompt and the work was excellent. Very reasonable charge for the repair. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and personable. The plumber resisted the opportunity to upsell us on several other repairs that he didn't feel were serious enough to warrant the cost. read more

We have used South End Plumbing for years. They are the best whether for a small job (repairing a leaky toilet) or a big one (replumbing 4 bathrooms and the whole house. Look no further. read more

George came and could not answer question about the work to be performed and only wanted to upsell. The office said they would send out someone else but he never showed. Do not recommend. read more

I have used South end plumbing for many years. They are courteous, efficient and do great work. They do charge $116 for the first hour and $58 for each additional hour. So the only mystery would be the cost of the parts. They have always been very reasonable. They don't waste time; they get the job done quickly. read more

Just called to get a quote and the man on the phone asked me what I needed to get fixed and after I told him the 3 different projects I had, he said it's $116/ hour and we don't give estimates. idiot! read more

I love South End plumbing! We've been using them for almost 20 years! We used to live in a townhouse and our landlords used them. They always came immediately and did a great job. So, once we bought our own house we continued to use them. They are very honest. They always give a very fair price. They are good people who care about their customers. I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

As my day deteriorated into a bad day, I went out to check my well pump, as it was giving me an ongoing issue; however, on this day a brushed against my well's bladder system and broke a hidden PVC pipe. My day just got worse. I had a million important things to do today, and now this was going to be on top of my to do list now. I called South End Plumbing and right away some of my stress was alived. There service personnel was professional, understandable and nice. They said it wouldn't be a problem and would send someone out, and if I had other things to do, they could take care of it without me being there. "I liked them already" Two hours later I got a call from the plumber, he said it wasn't as bad as it looked. He replaced the broken bladder part, fixed the pump, and just cleaned the area up. I asked him if i needed to replace the pump, thinking that he of course would say yes, he actually said no. When I got home there was a bill at my door for $175.00, way, way less then what I anticipated. I then started thinking, am I in Miami, a guy comes over my house while I'm not there, fixes the problem, and leaves a paltry bill. For a bad day that I had today, South End became my silver lining! read more

South End Plumbing is always super responsive and professional. Work is excellent and they go the extra mile.

Prompt follow up to phone call within minutes. Technician arrived and viewed my problem which was a cabinetry issue and not plumbing in bathroom. No hassle very friendly and professional. I would call them again when needed. Thanks read more

Best and reliable plumbing company. Experts on well pumps. I've been using their service for the past 28 years.

Absolutely amazing company! I was greeted on the phone in a courteous manner and they told me someone would be coming out within the next few hours and that I would receive a phone call before they arrived. Usually I cringe when I hear this because I don't get a phone call or they show up at a random time. Not the case here- I received a call an hour later and within 20 minutes the plumber had arrived. Richard was phenomenal. I hope if I ever need help again I can specifically request him. I mean just a first class all around great guy. Very personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I immediately felt reassured that he would find out what the problem was and he was so helpful. He also replaced a pipe that desperately needed it on site at that very moment which had actually been wrongly placed by the contractor years before. I didn't have to make another appointment, which was great. Everything about this company was fantastic and convenient. The price was reasonable for the high quality of customer service and the work performed. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone! read more

Contacted Sandy at South End Plumbing to tell her I needed a plumber for my mother's home. I was not sure if there was a problem with the water heater or the plumbing. Sandy said she would send someone out between 12:30 and 4:30. I reminded Sandy to call me about 20 minutes before the plumber came out, so I could go over to be there when the plumber arrived. At 3:07 pm, Sandy called me and said the plumber was on his way. At 3:30 pm I met with 2 plumbers, who told me the problem was with the water heater. And suggested I get a new water heater. I was informed that I would be charged $100 an hour for the estimate. This is the first I was told of a charge for the estimate. In the 3 conversations I had with Sandy during the day, I was never told there was a charge for an estimate. The plumbers called Sandy at the office and had me talk to her. Sandy's tone of voice was insulting and demeaning and she told me I "would not expect to walk out of a Publix grocery store without paying for groceries, so why should I expect not to pay for an estimate?" I reminded Sandy, that Publix does not charge its customers to walk in and take a look at their vegetables. I asked Sandy why I had not been told there would be a charge for the estimate and she replied "Well you did not ask". REALLY???? Well, I also did not ask if the plumbers had enough gas to drive to my home to give the estimate. Would this be another "secret" charge that Sandy would spring on me later?? If a business is to charge for an estimate it should be made clear to the customer BEFORE anyone is sent out to give that estimate, otherwise that business is set up ONLY to scam its customers. I believe this company tries to get away with cheating their customers by not letting them know there is a charge for estimates. Most legitimate companies offer free estimates, or inform their customers UP FRONT that there is a charge for an estimate. The burden of asking a company if they charge for an estimate should not fall on the consumer. Most professionally-run companies that charge an estimate, go so far as to tell their customers that if they decide to the work, then the amount they paid for the estimate will be put toward the cost of the repair. BEWARE of this shady plumbing company and search elsewhere for a plumber. read more

I have used South End on and off over the years. Their crew will take advantage of your lack of plumbing knowledge and charge big time. So what if it doesn't actually fix the problem, you will not got customer service from them. Ever. The owner is a grumpy old man who clearly disdains us mere mortals. Use someone else if you want the job fixed. read more

So I had a problem with an upstairs toilet that occasionally leaked and I had to shut off water to it. Other plumbers looked at it and said they couldn't find the leak and left, charging me for a house call. A plumbing firm that the family had used for decades forgot about me after I had scheduled an appointment with them and when I called, said they were booked up and couldn't come out. When I asked for a recommendation, they said South End Plumbing. I'm so happy they did. I couldn't ask for better service. Joey came in and took extra care to ensure that by the time he left, there were no leaks. Checked and replaced things upstairs and downstairs and left with a charge that was just a few bucks more than the 'house calls' I was charged for previously. Needless to say, I have a new plumber I can rely on and will be my go-to plumbing firm for as long as I own my home. Thanks South End! read more
