Had them do some service work on my pipes. Excellent job, quick communication, quick responsiveness, and did the job exactly as I had expected. Thanks guys! read more

I hired this company to replace all the cast iron pipes in my home with new PVC, and John--the owner--and his team did an outstanding job. They were clean, organized, and extremely respectful of my home. They kept the work contained to the correct areas, protected everything else, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. Replacing cast iron is a major job, but they made the process smooth and stress‑free. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work truly stood out. Highly recommend John and his crew. read more

I had a leak everytime I was washing dishes. The leak would run down from my kitchen sink through my tile floor and exit out the sliding glass doors into my back yard. I called and explained my situation . John sent his first crew and they did a video search from the roof. I was quoted to do the trenchless linning on all my pipes from the roof vents. but since the leak was localized, a section of the vent for pipe linning was a possibility. all this was explained prior to working. I agreed and the job was done and paid. 2 days later the same leak appeared. I called again and scheduled (Saturday 8:30am) to fix a waste arm that connects the kitchen drain to the vent ( the vent is what the trenchless lining was done on prior.) Saturday came and with that the appointed time came and went. it was a no call no show. I called and left a text message . I get a call back later in the day telling me that the tech got strip throat. ok no problem (I'm thinking why didnt i just get a call and let me know) Anyway, lets schedule for next saturday. I am easy. John says ok. I text the company on friday (the day prior) to confirm for saturday. I get a text back from john later in the day to confirm they are definetly coming the next day. Saturday comes, the appointed time comes and goes ( 8:30am. )I call at 9:30am no call back or text. 10am ,I call all their numbers that are on the website and leave a voice mail and text saying If they can not make it to just call or text back. no call no text it was not until 12:30 pm I get a call from one of the companies techs and he couldnt make it until the evening if that. by that time I had already found another company . I had explained my situation to the other company (mind you,its been 3 weeks I've been washing my dishes in the bathroom. ) They sent someone within an hour and started working immediatly. Like another comment I read about this company the lack of communication is a really bad . 3 stars because the two crews that came on video inspection day and work day were good . both groups answered all my questions and explained the process to me. In the end I paid $3000 with this company and my situation was not solved by them. Communication with your client so that he doesnt waste a day waiting would have made the difference. Clients have busy lives too. read more

Communications with this company are unusual and unprofessional. Cycle through calling, text, and email. John Walters did not explain anything well or answer questions about the service over the phone. Tried to schedule service time and they require a deposit which is perfectly fine. What is not fine is demanding deposit over text and then asking if we changed our minds. It had only been one business day. Plus the email invoice claims that we can do it at our earliest convenience and job was not scheduled to happen for a few weeks. Raised some interesting red flags. Husband read their BBB ratings and reviews after feeling like something was off. We decided to go our gut. There are other trenchless services in town. read more

These guys are as professional as they come. My husband and I are in the midst of a a home remodel and figured it would be a good idea to line our cast iron pipes before laying our home's new floor. John (owner) was responsive and very detailed when explaining what the process entailed, how long it would take to complete, and how much it's going to cost. From a cost perspective, this company is very reasonable. More importantly though, John and his crew did not delay. We called him on a Friday and he got started on Monday morning. I cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

Professional, timely, courteous! Crew was great! Despite weather delays, project finished near original timeframe in a safe and reliable manner. John, owner, is involved & monitoring his employees from beginning to end. Trenchless Sewer Line Repair delivers peace of mind! read more

When you hear that your cast iron pipe under your house needs replacing, you think about cost, and the digging under the house. You think, how do I know they put the casting all the way to the openings. This company shows you a before and after via video cam. The two guys that were sent here, 3 hours away, were on time, professional, and most of all when they left you didn't know you had major work done. Not one spec of dirt. The owner John is very nice. He's not trying to Jack the price. Other companies only did the belly of the pipe. Trust me, I spent days listening to slick sales guys. Wild prices and finally, finding out they don't go up the branches. Do it right the first time and use Trenchless. read more

Tried to work with this company but they kept delaying the service. First time their truck broke down, second time their repair guys were sick. The third time and final time, after a deposit was paid, they came out and then tried to charge us double the amount quoted. Called the owner John and he was not willing to discuss HIS mistake and wasted our time after a month of waiting to get these pipes fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. read more

Highest recommendation for John and his company. Other reviews mention the responsiveness and clear explanations he gives. In addition to that, we got clear and honest communication on the work needed as the job progressed, and quotations with no surprises. Our job started with replacement of iron pipes in an old South Florida house. They are equipped with new technology that allows pipes to be re-lined in place, if that's the best choice, with no invasive digging. For our situation, PVC drain pipe installation was the better choice. Not just a plumbing job... but also sound advice on what was the best option for our house, so we could make the best decision for our money. They can also restore a septic tank drain field without digging up the lawn. Who even knew these procedures existed? No more procrastination on the plumbing jobs. I'm calling these guys. read more

Super late review (sorry), but I was pleased with John and the crew. John was great to work with and gave me a very fair quote. Even when a snafu arose which should've increased the overall price, John honored the original quote. The crew came out promptly and on time, were very courteous, and ensured they did the work as quickly as possible to avoid disruption. Their service saved me from having to replace my entire sewer main. read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am to John and his whole crew. They came to our house almost immediately after my initial request. We arranged for them to start work and then they worked straight through till the job was finished. When there was a little glitch, they came back instantly (on Sunday!) And they cleaned up before they left. The best! read more

When you start having backups in your home and realize that your pipes are nearing 50 years old and are made of cast iron you have only two choices: 1. Dig up your floors and replace the pipes OR 2. Line your old pipes with a liquid PVC sleeve. After doing lots of research we decided to sleeve the old pipes so we could avoid disrupting our lives and stay in our home while the work was done. Our research also involved talking with several companies that could do the work. We opted to go with John Walters and Trenchless Sewer. John was recommended to us by a neighbor who had recently completed a whole house sleeving of their cast iron pipes. We met with John and knew that he was our guy. Now that our job is finished I can truly say we made the right decision. John and his team did a completely professional job from start to finish. Not only did his people know what they were doing, they were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. John will tell you before he starts that no one is perfect and that sometimes a problem will occur. But he stands behind his work and comes out quickly if there is an issue. The guys who worked on our house, Jerry, Roger and Devon (John's son) all get A+ for the way they did their job. Everyone we came in contact with at Trenchless Sewer went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. A big thank you to John and all his staff for a job well done. You can trust this man AND his crew!! Please ask John for our contact information if you'd like to discuss this personally. Bob and Bonnie Mayer read more

Avoiding the headache of digging a trench to fix the sewer line in our house was the best way to go. We learned Trenchless repair was an option after a terrible experience with another Trenchless company. John walked us through a seamless and transparent process that fixed our problem. Very professional and committee. Trustworthy. Reasonable price. Reachable and responsive. Works around to accommodate customer's expectations. 100% recommended read more

I contacted this company for a quote. They were at my property within the hour of my request and they quickly and efficiently resolved a massive plumbing problem that every other company I called told me would require breaking the floors inside my home. The idea of doing that with 5 kids at home in the middle of a pandemic was devastating to me. They worked for days to come up with a way to fix the plumbing system without breaking ground inside my house. They installed the new pipes and with the floor they had to break outside, the did everything very neatly and left everything in order which was hard to do because it was a major job. They also gave me an excellent price and I am beyond happy with the work they did. I highly recommend this company. read more

Incredible company !!!! I could write a book on how great everyone was . A company this great is rare these days. Honest , Dependable , Reliable , Great price , and Great work . John, Ed , and all their employees really went above and beyond daily. I never write reviews but I had to for Trenchless. read more

OK at first I was very skeptical And then the kicker came he asked me for a large deposit more flags. So I called the manufacturer that makes the lining material and talk to them they gave me a very good report. So I decided to go with my gut and try the guy out. It's been a few weeks and no more backups they also did some extra plumbing and everything they did was neat clean and professional I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I hope this helps you out and making decision read more

John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. John's company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they weren't able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. I highly recommend John, especially if you want it done right the first time! read more

Excellent service! It is so hard these days to find skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work, have a deep understanding of their trade, and all the professional tools needed to produce quality results. What a pleasure and blessing it was to do business. The crew arrived as scheduled, worked continuously until completed, protected finished surfaces, cleaned up thoroughly and were very professional. I worked commercial construction for 45 years before retiring and have been disappointed many times by "pretenders" claiming to be professionals. These folks are the real deal. I highly recommend this firm and would be pleased to work here them again. read more

We have an 8 unit apartment building in Coral Gables that was deemed unlivable because of the plumbing. After several quotes from various companies familiar with Coral Gables building compliance which I can say without a doubt is the strictest Building department in Dade county, I chose Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs. John came out and did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and in the time he was going to do it in. Very professional and very clean work. We did run into an unforeseen issue which is normal that cost a small amount extra but compared to the scope of the work involved we were lucky there were no more unforeseen issues. John also did many extra things that he didn't charge for even though we offered to pay him for it he did not accept. He is a man of integrity and that is rare in this World, let alone this city. I highly recommend them if you have these issues, they will get the job done on time and on budget, guaranteed. read more

Contractor performed an unauthorized debit/draw on a previously stored debit card info without my permission for $2,400. Fraudulent claim was submitted to Chase Bank. Police report was made. Pictures of work unfinished were submitted. Copy of contract was emailed to Branch Manager. Full amount of work to be performed was $2,400. Initial payment to start work of $1,150 was agreed to be paid by me. Contractor did not complete work as agreed per contract. Contractor debited my account for $2,400 additionally at a later date without my authorization. Was told by local law enforcement that this is a civil matter. The construction company was only owed $1,150 if work was completed. Work was not completed as per the contract.
