Bob's Plumbing to the rescue again. My garage sink had been draining SLOWLY for a couple of years, and stopped completely a couple of weeks ago. i did the simple stuff, like taking off the P-trap and using my own snake to see what I could do. Nothing. Bob's technician was persistent and skilled, and took the time with his Professional Power snake to break up and get rid of the plug. I totally recommend Bob's Plumbing for any plumbing work you need. read more

I encourage you to believe every positive review listed on this website. I have lived in the Redlands for 36 years and have used a well pump/electric motor, to pump pure H2O, from a 30' well dug 36 years ago. Bobs Plumbing - Clean and dry! - Plumbing Near Me - Miami, Florida

Our toilet was leaking for a couple of days. I thought it was the flapper, so I bought a new one and installed it myself. Unfortunately, it continued to leak. A long story short, the entire toilet sort of mini exploded and stopped working completely. I called them on a very busy Friday morning, and they said they were going to try their best to come by on Friday. I really thought I was going to be without a toilet all weekend long, but Scott showed up! Thank you again for a job well done. read more

Job well done. Plumber came within two hours of me calling. He found and fix the problem that another plumber did poorly. The problem was a leaking sink drain pipe inside a wall which had already caused water damage to kitchen cabinets. Their timely response prevented furthur damage from occurring. In order to do this repair, holes in interior and exterior walls had to be made. The next day another man sent by Bob's Plumbing came and patched the holes. The patches were done with skill and look perfect. read more

Terrible costumer service. Always angry. Please pick someone else for your plumbing needs.

Very timely- quickly arrived at my home and problem solved. Very personable and professional. Will definitely call the next time I have a plumbing problem read more

I used Bob's for a major job (and then a few smaller jobs) and they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, their workers very personable and knowledgable and they completed the job well and in timely fashion. Another plus for the gringos in the community is that they all spoke English! My experience with construction and repair companies in this area has been pretty dismal, so to give a 5 star rating really means something; I highly recommend them. read more

I've been living in hell for the last 3 1/2 years. Bobs plumbing is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. Mr. Blosser came every day to check on the job. The girls in the office are very professional. The guys on the field are very professional. I had doubled Christians and Frank other knownwise monk.Monk is my hero also. They came to my house told me how long it was gonna take did the job perfectly best Plumbing company ever call them you won't regret read more

I have included the links to my Ring Doorbell which shows the workman's arrival and departure. Bob's Plumbing billed for 3 hours at $130 an hour. I should have only been billed for 1 hour and 45 minutes and feel that I have been overcharged by $161. The videos showing the elapsed time of the workman's arrival and departure was 2 hours and 16 minutes. As part of that time, the workman had to go to the shop/store to pick up the part that was needed for the repair. Bob's plumbing was aware of the part needed before the workman came out. The workman said that that part was used for the prior customer that day and that is why he had to go retrieve that same part. The time it took for him to pick up that part was 35 minutes. In addition to the overcharge on time, the prices charged for the materials used were twice the price that Kohler, Home Depot and Lowes charge. A hose bib was replaced when all that was needed was a gasket. The repairman took 4 days to return to reverse the valve that was installed backwards. I'm surprised by the negative comments on here. This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them. read more

Horrible BUT HORRIBLE experience with this company, We have dealt with them for 2 years and they caused nothing but problems in one of our properties in the westchester area. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. their President and PLUMBER CONMAN John E Blosser, just wants your money in advance not to fix any of your problems but to create new ones and really BIG ONES. After they just destroyed our backyard ( to pressure me to pay them more money ) to the tune of $7k more than the $3k we already paid months back this was a total SCAM, but is fine as we will seek legal avenues to bring them DOWN whenever they less expect it. We are also reporting them with the bbb as companies like this are the ones that prey on honest people with PLUMBING issues and they simply take avanish of the TRUST we place in them, in the name of an IMAGE he sells very well OF BEING a FAMILY own business with over 60 years in the community and many unhappy customers. We were very naive by paying him in advance when they mislead us 100% by changing something that was never an issue in the property WE WERE SCAMED 100% DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM contact me if you want to help us go after them and MAKE THEM PAY. read more

If you need a reliable plumber & a quick diagnosis to your plumbing issues this is definitely the company to call! They're an example of what every business should be like. I've used them twice now & was compelled to write this review. They're timely, efficient & kind. What surprised me the most is they even help you with the clean up. You would never know that a repair even occurred because they put everything back pristinely! No need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs. read more

We used this company for total pipe replacement in our home. This was from the inside all the way to the city line outside. Not only were they very professional and quick but they also passed inspection with flying colors. The price was comparable to others. Definitely recommend them. read more

I am extremely pleased with the job Bob's did for me. I had a major plumbing job to do and I consulted with no less than 6 plumbers. Bob's offered to do MUCH more work for me than anybody else, provided better quality materials, and in a city where people try and cheat you, they came in at an incredibly fair price and never wavered. They started the 4 day project right away and came every day for the full day. I never had a problem getting ahold of them, in fact they sent me progress updates, and they never tried to nickel and dime me for anything. I was really getting stressed out over this project until I found Bob's. Also, I was able to communicate with them in my preferred language. Thanks Adam, Jim, and the rest of the crew that treated my house so well. I will be referring them lots of business. read more

Thanks Casey for always coming thru whenever I have plumbing needs at my house ! Strongly recommended !

Ignore the nasty receptionist who answers the phone, these guys are very good. Mark is exceptional and as nice as the receptionist is mean. I've used them for years and their prices are fair and they come quickly . Once you get past the phone, you won't regret that you've called them read more

What a pleasure to deal with a company that has friendly, skilled technicians, responds promptly to your needs and charges a fair price for the work done. I had a mystery leak resulting in massive water bills and they were the only ones who could locate and repair it. I would never consider using any other plumbing company. I have complete confidence in Ross, John and Kenny (the leak whisperer) for all future plumbing needs. read more

We once again, frantically, I called Bob's Plumbing (toilet tank had cracked and spewed water all over our house!) Within the hour, we had a plumber come and assess our needs, then come back and installed a new toilet. He was so polite, efficient, and worked so quickly. The new toilet was installed in a flash and works GREAT. We have used Bob's Plumbing for years, and will continue to do so. All good!!! :) read more

Bloody rude and defensive, nothing is their fault. They left me with a leaning toilet which they claim is not their issue. never so they not have an excuse for someone not being able to come out to your house. They over charge. Never an apology or professional conversation. read more

Amazing, old fashioned customer service They are on time ,efficient and extremely pleasant. More importantly for me, they actually spoke English! A couple of hours after the plumber left I noticed another area was leaking - turns out the new valve cover was faulted, One call and another plumber was out in 10 mins to fix the problem. I would have no hesitation recommending them to my friends and neighbors and will use them again in the future read more

After receiving a $700 water bill, we had Bob's come out for a look at the problem, which was a leak somewhere in the main line from the meter to the house. They detected the leak, dug it up, and fixed it for a very fair price. Another company had wanted to replace the whole line, which was going to require trenching through my yard and driveway. Bob's saved the day, and saved me many thousands! So glad I called them for a second estimate. read more

Ours is an older house with pipes and plumbing from the 40s. We had a pipe break and leak water under the house. We called Bobs Plumbing to come out. Unfortunately, our problem was much bigger than a simple leaking pipe....we needed to redo the entire plumbing in the house! But with such old pipes, we knew this day was coming. They were very thorough going through all the piping under the house and in the walls. They even showed us the pipes that were bad. They explained everything very well and were always completely professional. Where they had to break open walls to access the pipes, they also fixed the walls afterward. They always cleaned after themselves and didn't complain when I asked quite a few questions about plumbing. They made sure when they left for the day that we still had water to get us through the night. And for everything they had to do, they gave us a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Bobs Plumbing enough! They were excellent and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or try to take advantage of us. Big time thanks to Bobs and their plumbers Adam, Philip and Silvio!! They're the best! read more

Had a clogged sewer pipe with a very difficult access and impossible to snake properly. The job required three trips and some creative thinking, but I was very happy with the service. I've interacted with three different plumbers and I thin the owner or manager and all were a pleasure to work with - straight forward and knowledgeable + they were on time - every time! That hasn't happened for me in Miami yet. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Simply Terrific... As we went through several meetings with plumbing contractors on a full remodel of our house in Pinecrest, we were referred to Casey, John and the Team at Bobs Plumbing. The project in general was reading the plans, estimating, and execution. We could not be happier with the final product. The guys always communicated very well and were available for questions, guidance and explanation. They read specs and let me know ahead of time if they saw problems which could be addressed before it became a cost to us. Also, if there was a low cost add that could enhance the project they recommended it i.e. ; insulation of the overhead piping to the bathrooms makes the cold /cold and the hot/hot....big improvement! I would 100% recommend you speak to these guys prior to making a final decision on who to use, their word is their business model. read more

Needed to have a leaking hot water heater replaced, called the on Friday for a quote was told they would have to call supplier, no call back. I called again on Monday and was told I would have a quote by 5 pm, no call back. I called again on Tuesday and Alecia told me she had to make a call first. More than an hour later I finally got a call back and it was the highest bid i received. If their customer service is so poor I can only imagine what their service is like. CG read more

Bob's to my rescue. After having a gas hot water heater improperly installed and no hot water for over a week and fighting with Mito Plumbing, the original plumbing co. Bob's Plumbing representative John was a breathe of fresh air. Very professional and polite. John came out to my house after explaining to him a county inspector would not approve the the original installation and the gas co turned off my gas, within hours. The original installation was done improperly and due to CO2 leaking, the gas company turned off my gas and the original Co. Mito's owner was very unprofessional and said we would have to pay additional charges for their mistakes and didn't seem to care that CO2 was leaking into my garage and that myself and my children were in a potentially dangerous situation. John at Bob's with his helper Scott got right to work. It was great because John asked me to send pictures of the faulty work before hand so he knew what to bring to the job, 2 hours later my gas hot water heater was back in action and had the proper installations in place. Thank you John for getting me back into a hot shower, but most of all Thank you for the proper installation and keeping me and my family safe! read more

I used Bob's plumbing last week to fix a stoppage on the kitchen sink, which they did however in the process they cracked the water trap under the sink when introducing the snake from the top side of the sink, as this did not resolve the issue they had to introduce it via the air vent in the roof. I call that afternoon to report the issue, however since it was just after 4:30pm (when I believe they close) but before 5PM they did not answer at which time I left a message. I did not receive a call back until the following day after 3PM not to come and fix the problem but to make an appointment to come the following day to look at the issue. At which time I took the decision to fix the issue myself as we now had two days of leak. This weekend I noticed that the gutter where the plumber placed his ladder and lifted the equipment to access the roof was dented. on Monday I called the office to speak with a manager, who was not available so I left a message for a call back, as of today they still have not called me. Based on this experience, considering I had used them in the past, I am unable to recommend their services. read more
