The dirt was accumulating because we couldn't put in a filter beneath the unit since our landlord's DIY installation put pipes blocking access, so they had to schedule a second visit to both clean the coils and re-route the pipes so we could now put a/c filters in the right place. This visit was a much simpler problem, the a/c was leaking because of a clog, and the technicians, Aramis and Abe, were easily able to identify and fix the problem. Again, they went above and beyond and after clearing the clog, they installed a removable pipe so we could clean out the pipes with hot water periodically, thus preventing this problem in the future. That's what I appreciate most about the employees this company hires and sends out: they are honest, knowledgeable, and solve the problem you're currently having quickly, PLUS they do the work needed to prevent that same problem from happening in the future. All for a reasonable price in a timely fashion, with great communication and friendly customer service. We need more companies like these in the world!
