Coming down here from Georgia and not knowing who to call because we needed someone to check our panel we started looking for an electrician. We saw all his reviews and decided to give him a call. Ivan came out and gave us our free estimate and answered all of our questions. He was able to schedule us immediately (we also had a time constraint) and completed all the work. He and his employees are professional and it shows in their work. We were so impressed! From the day he came out until ....... he is and will continue to be our official Electrician. No others need to apply. He is honest, dependable, professional, and also served in the Marines (my daughter is a Marine that is currently deployed). I only gave 5 stars because thats all it gives me as an option. I would love to have him do work at my home in South Georgia if I could. That said, if you need any electrical work done at all he is the one to call you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you Ivan! read more

My house was hit by Hurricane Ian and my outdoor outlets and weather vain were damaged and/or destroyed. The electrician came out and was quickly able to repair all the damage. The issue is I am located in Cape Coral. I reached back out to them because my outdoor outlets no longer pass 110v. I have done all I can to try and resolve the issue myself. Since I was unable to resolve the issue I needed them to come back out and fix the issue since it was on outlets they repaired and should be under warranty. The electrician does not return my phone calls or texts and will not commit to coming out and doing the repair. I am very disappointed in their professionalism! Customers be warned! read more

Ivan came by today and gave me a great quote for a new electric panel and wiring for a new tankless water heater. He was such a professional that I signed the contract already! Looking forward to my new electric box. Review will be updated after! 7/15/17. As you can see, Ivan and the team installed my new electric panel and I couldn't be happier. I also had three fans installed and Ivan helped my husband install the new hot water heater. I highly recommend this company! read more

Electrical Services Unlimited - Electricians Near Me

I contracted Mr. Alonso back in August of this year for a variety of minor electrical jobs that to be done in my home. We agreed on the cost and I gave him half upfront as a deposit he requested. He said he needed that much to get materials. On the day of the job, he and his assistant showed up three hours late and only did about a third of the work. The major work of replacing the kitchen under cabinet lighting was left undone because I didn't have the fixtures, which confused me. What materials would a professional electrician need to buy with a customer's money if not the fixtures that will be replaced? What equipment would he need to buy that he wouldn't already have? But I let that go, thinking I had misunderstood. We agreed that once I got the fixtures, I would call him and he would finish the job. I have never seen him again. He ignores all my calls and texts. One time when I managed to get through to him and he pretended like he didn't know who I was. In short, he took half the total sum for about a third of the work actually completed. My mistake was in trusting him and not getting a written estimate beforehand. But my naivete does not excuse a person who does not honor an agreement. read more

Very unprofessional. Ivan was hired to instal a generator. After I paid my deposit and paid for the generator I didn't hear from him for several weeks. When I was finally able to reach him and he started the project, it was obvious he had no idea what he was doing! He was attempting to install the generator too close to the property (which is a huge fire hazard) When I told him I no longer wanted him to do the job, he stated that I would have to pay a restocking fee for the generator and everything else would be refunded. It has been over a year and I haven't seen a dime. In total he has pocketed 8,000 dollars, and refused to answer my calls or emails. Save your self the headache and go with a more professional business. See you in court Ivan. read more

Just got off the phone with Ivan and while it does not seem that I will need his services at the moment, I wanted to point out that there are still many professionals, like Ivan, willing to be generous with their time and expertise. Thanks and that's something I'll keep in mind for the future. read more

Great customer service! Ivan showed up about 30 minutes after we called and began to diagnose our electrical issues. Once he realized that the issue was from a master meter in out building we went to go take a look. We realized we needed FPL to come out and he WAITED with us for them to show up. He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have any issues again I will definitely be calling him. read more

If there is one thing that wins major points with me it is that the person be on time. This company did me one better, they showed up 5 mins early. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and for the same amount I was quoted the day before. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. read more

Just another typical Miami no-show. Booked an appointment and never showed. Blamed it on the "not in my system" excuse. As per usual, to get anything done in this city that requires a trade person, need to call 5 or 6 just to get one to maybe show up. Don't waste your time. read more

Amazing price for the work I had them do compared to the other 5 star companies. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. read more

My experience with Ivan has always been outstanding; he shows up on time, EVERY time, gives great advice, is friendly and honest and completes everything flawlessly. A critical element to my extensive home renovation required the services of a licensed and reputable electrician, so through Angie's List, I found the company Ivan worked for and he spent more than six weeks at my home. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and superior work that he accomplished. He completely rewired my main and upper floors, hid all my electronic/cable wiring behind my walls, installed over a dozen recessed ceiling lights, put up three pairs of wall sconces, installed a security lighting system and as well as a spectacular landscape lighting that celebrates the beauty of my property. He not only met my expectations but also exceeded them. Now that he has his own company, Electrical Services Unlimited, it's a particular pleasure to deal with Ivan directly. He's a very personable and professional fellow and his pricing is very reasonable. All in all, if you're seeking personable, professional and superior electrical work, then don't hesitate to contact Ivan. He's the best there is and his pricing is always fair and reasonable. You simply can't do better. read more
