The cafe I bought had many issues from the previous owners, they helped me make everything legal. Yoan and Gissel walked me through the Derm steps (which is not easy) and installed my trap. I see the way they work, they always follow through, they appreciate their customers, they are honest, fair pricing and most importantly, they truly care! Will be calling them every time going forward. They were quick to respond to my request fro…read moreservice, arrived before the scheduled time, and resolved my septic tank issue unlike the last the company I had here only two months ago. They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

I called a second plumber to get a comparison quote and they too were wanting to charge me just to look and quote. Then I called John The Plumber. To my surprise, they didn't charge to come out and quote the job. Setting up the appointment was very easy and they sent their tech the very next day. Mike was my tech and he called ahead to say he was enroute, he arrived on time, even asked where I prefer that he park. His truck was modern and clean. He was friendly and very professional. He inspected my old unit and gave me a quote, he answered my questions, and he was able to even beat the other plumber's quote. Amazingly, he uninstalled my old unit and installed the new one that same day. He did a superb job, it took as long as he said it would take, he wore shoe covers when he came in the house, he cleaned up after himself, he then explained everything he did and why he did it that way (including some re-piping he had to do), and he gave me a very thorough tutorial on how to operate the new unit. The workmanship itself looks great--it looks very neat. Mike is the GOLD STANDARD. Thank you, Mike, and John The Plumber!
