Today CHRISTIAN came from Joe Cole Plumbing to check on increasing the temperature of the new hot water heater that was installed recently. He arrived with a friendly smile, patiently answered questions, a decade's experience, very neat, and got the job done efficiently in a timely manner. The company was great in texting my landlady to let her know when he would be coming ~ everything very professionally done. During a recent deck renovation, I ripped a vanity out leaving behind some very ugly pipes. My goal was to cut the pipes way back and then paint over everything, leaving a nearly seamless wall which I could put some furniture against. Since cutting pipes is a bit out of my league, I decided to look for a plumber. In the end, I had three come by for an estimate. I was having a pretty busy week and I wasn't available to stick around to walk the plumbing companies through the job. But I gave explicit instructions to each rep on the phone and frankly it wasn't that complicated of a concept; I only have one deck and there was only one area with exposed pipes on it. I successfully received two estimates from the other companies, but for some reason Joe Cole's guy never arrived or if he did he never bothered to send an estimate. I called back and let them know but never received any follow up or estimate, so I wound up going with a different company. So yeah not much to report other than I didn't get the estimate I was looking for. If they can't get around to setting an estimate it makes me wonder how they would be actually doing the job. Probably not the best. Two stars I guess, not very reliable in my opinion. read more

The quality of service and attention to detail exhibited by Jimmy and his assistant were outstanding. We've used several other plumbing companies and none have even come close to the quality of work done by Jimmy with Joe Cole Plumbing. Very quick service too. It was a rocky start with these installations but Jason (supervisor) listened to my concerns he sent Jimmy out to take care of it all, including: connect the household water filtration system we purchased from Joe Cole in scorching heat. After finding pieces were missing to our Zip drinking water system he called Zip himself and requested the parts be sent to my home. He was familiar with Galley sinks and fixtures and understood how to connect it and its fixtures, including garbage disposal and button. Jimmy explained everything to me in detail, gave me instructions on a small stone alteration and I will see them when it's done and the parts are received. Jimmy and his assistant also worked on a Duravit smart toilet that isn't functioning due to a previous plumbing company's mistakes. Highly recommended. read more

Our water heater stated leaking water in our garage. We had had a similar experience with our A/C not too long ago and we were not happy with the Plumbing & A/C company that we called. We needed to find a new plumber. After checking Yelp we decided on Joe Cole Plumbing, and we are glad we did. They told us someone would come to give us a quote at 8 AM, and the persone showed up on time (actually a bit early at around 7:55 AM). That was a good sign. He took a look and some photos, when to his van and came back with a competitive quote. I gave him the go ahead. We had to put 50% down. He scheduled the installation for the following Monday. On Monday the young man showed up on time once again and began working right away. He was respectful, easy to talk to, and hard working. He pick up after himself and did a great job. We had a great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing and would definitely use them again if any plumbing issues arise at my house. Scheduled to come back and charge me $3700-4700 to repair the leak they can't find. We had a pipe burst behind the shower wall in our master bath & Joe Cole was responsive, sending Holden out quickly. Holden did a fantastic job neatly gaining access to the pipe behind the shower tiles, assessing the situation, explaining what the repair entailed, and giving us options. He repaired the broken pipe, then we decided to update all of the pipes in the shower wall while it was open. I recently had to change my water heater. I am genuinely tired of the big companies, which I won't mention. I have been overcharged and given services I don't need one too many times. So I decided to try a new company. I called Joe Cole's Plumbing to get an estimate on the job and they gave me a timeframe and I stress how important it was that they were on time. They were here bright, and early. They gave me a comprehensive evaluation and gave me price options. If you do the repairs the same day, there's up charge because they have to go out and get parts and so on. If you schedule it for a couple of days later, it's cheaper. I had already been living with the problem for the past couple of weeks so two days would not have made a difference. I got scheduled for that following Monday and they came in on time, with everything they needed to do the job. The technician was very nice and respectful and he did the job without any problems. They were no surprises, and there was no additional services that they performed that they added to my bill at the end as it has happened in the past with other companies. They did exactly what they said they would, and I got charged exactly what they told me up front. I am very happy with their service and their pricing.
