Replaced all my master bath fixtures with lovely contemporary Kohler brushed gold and scheduled Bradshaw Plumbing to do the job. Joey, their great competent tech, came out on time and got to work. Many boxes with many parts, including a Roman bath tub fixture. He had to remove a front facing marble tile panel to get access to the inside mechanics under the tub. He's amazing, so polite and was on task to get this job done with expediency. Removing the corroded 20 year old fixtures, replacing with nice new sleek ones was a pleasure! I called Bradshaw plbg as soon as I found a leak under my kitchen sink. Joe came out and diagnosed it as my 10 month old Moen faucet. said I needed all new parts to fix it and could show me a list of what to call for. I requested he do it as he is the repair tech. THEN he suggested I go to lowes and buy a new faucet which again I am homebound! Lowes is very close by my home and I asked him to go. He charged me 75.00 to go there, bought the cheapest faucet they had on the Moen line (NO RECIEPT) and marked it up $30.00=$196.80 , then charged me 250.00 to install it. He took the faucet that he "was" going to repair if I would have had the parts shipped to me which meant several days without water in my kitchen and a 480.00 VERY EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW one STILL IN THE BOX, I had in my garage because I didn't want the high gooseneck on it. The very next day somebody was out bright and early took care of our situation and the price on budget! I was excited to find a local Pompano Beach plumber with good reviews to help us replace a broken kitchen faucet. After calling several times, I was finally able to speak with Carol. She took my information and said she would call me back with the day/time they were available. I waited a couple of days without a callback, so I called again and left another voicemail. I never heard back or received any type of follow-up communication. Maybe they only work on large plumbing projects or are just too busy to take new customers? They came out immediately and fixed our issue. Our sink was leaking, but turns out we just needed a new garbage disposal. They ran out to the store to purchase a new one and came right back to install. The cost was about 375 (we chose the lower powered disposal) which I thought was fair for the last minute service and included cost of parts. read more

My 30 gallon water heater broke in late evening. The faucet to turn off water to the water heater also broke. I had to turn off the main valve completely. I called Bradshaw Plumbing & their employee Joe came the next day, replaced the faulty faucet quickly & removed the broken water heater. No more than an hour after I closed on my new home, the washing machine flooded the garage and the sink backed up. I went to Yelp and posted my project and Bradshaw plumbing responded immediately. The plumber Joe was very knowledgable about my issue. He said it has been going on for sometime. He snaked the pipes and drains several times. Even his boss came out since it was a complicated issue. After several hours, the clog was finally cleared for now . I may have more work in the future , but Bradshaw plumbing saved the day. read more

I've used Bradshaw Plumbing before and Joe does a good job, but my latest interaction with the company was not the best. I called several times last week to schedule for a repair, left a couple of messages and called again, the lady that schedules the service mentioned that she had received my message and had me scheduled for the following Tuesday, she made sure to tell me to"make sure you're home". I reached out to a few different plumbing companies in the area and every other besides Bradshaw gave me that uncomfortable, non-trustworthy feeling. They also all tried to "diagnose" the issue over the phone. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT WITHOUT SEEING MY PROBLEM? I am very happy with my experience with Bradshaw Plumbing. The agent on the phone was able to have someone sent out to see me the next day that I called. I needed to replace an older sink with a newer and more modern sink- this required re-piping of the original setup which was about a 3-hour job. Good and bad review. I had a clogged toilet with water coming out of the base of the toilet. My regular plumber recently retired. My sister told me about Bradshaw because she had used their services at work. They had done huge job in the plaza where her store is and for a job that took over two hours they charged less than $900. So I called. The good was excellent office. Pleasant customer service and quick scheduling. The bad is the tech that came. Before he did anything said $800 total $400 to snake and $400 to reseat the toilet). I called my hubby and he said that was high which I thought too since my sister told me what she'd paid for a multi-hour job when mine was a simple clog. Anyway I opted to only do the clog because that was an emergency. (I was able wiggle the toilet back into place so it doesn't wobble). The worst part was when I questioned Joe (the tech) he was quite arrogant. My sister happened to be with me and she asked if there wasn't anything he could do on the pricing. He said no. "Costs for everything are higher now, gas etc" was what he said. A wax ring to reseat the toilet is less than $10, Gas is maybe $2.50 a gallon more than before and at most I live is 5 miles from their location so let's say $25 for gas, 1/2 hour job. So at $400 that's $800 an hour for the tech minus $35 costs. I would say that constitutes price gouging. DON'T USE BRADSHAW PLUMBING IMO. read more

Can't put zero star but it is zero. Horrible service, I called them a lady picked up the phone just saying "yeah?" I thought I dialed a wrong number... They told me they will call me later that day or the next day to send someone to my house but nobody called me back... So their service is null. Well, I just called them for a water heater that was tripping the circuit breaker. Soooo nice and helpful, talked me thru it over the phone and we realized it was probably the circuit breaker.
