After some online research, I reached out to a total of 5 companies that had 4.6 or higher reviews…read moreon other platforms. I'll start with the one I chose for those who don't care to read the entire review. Eric, the owner of WHE called me promptly and asked me to text him images of my current water heater installation. After answering 2 follow up questions he gave me an all-inclusive quote, which was the best of the quotes I received. This all inside 30 minutes. We promptly scheduled, and Eric an Daniel arrived on-time. Even though the installation was more difficult than expected because the water heater drain was completely clogged with sediment, he stuck to the quote. In 2:15 hrs they were done, they hauled the old unit away and everything worked perfectly. They left the area clean and the performance of Water Heating Experts exceeded my expectations. Now the other companies. One did not return my weekday query for six hours. One took all info and pics, said they had everything and I had to call them back at 2 pm the next day as I had heard nothing. One arrived 2 1/2 hours late with a high quote. One ignored the water heater I requested and tried to upsell to a unit over double the price. The very fist of these quotes I got said they would price match other companies "even if they were 500-600 dollars less" (and what does that tell you!) . Thank you Eric & Daniel for a great job - highly recommended!

I spoke to Eric who was extremely helpful and kind. He got a permit and waited for it to come in before installation. He arrived on time and left almost 3 hours later. It's nice to be able to put your FAITH in someone from far away as I am always worried my mother will get ripped off etc. I highly recommend Eric and Zachary from Water Heating Experts!!!! We used Mike the Plumber for a variety of projects over the years, including most recently, the…read morerepair of an outdoor spigot. They always do excellent work. I like using this company alot. First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. Four stars. Keep them in your contact list just in case!

Fred and A Affordable Plumbing did an EXCEPTIONAL job in repairing the pipe with minimal damage to our flooring. They went above and beyond with the quality of work and even filled the hole with cement for us when they were done. I had quotes by other plumbers for more money and that didn't even include the cement fill. And other plumbers quoted me 8-hours of work. Fred and his team did it in less than half that time. Without question... Fred and Affordable Plumbing will ALWAYS be the one's for ALL my plumbing needs. He's a man of integrity and knows how to get the job done and done right. Joseph, and his assistant Juan, are fantastic!…read more We originally hired Perfect Plumbing to install our new dishwasher. When Joseph summarized the installation he did, he told us he installed the dishwasher correctly and it's level, but the dishwasher door doesn't open/close the way it should because the surrounding cabinets are warped due to water damage. He told us the garbage disposal is leaking, and he also told us how to dry everything out. My husband replaced the garbage disposal, but when we did a load of laundry (in the adjacent area) the kitchen floor became flooded. So, we called Perfect Plumbing again. Joseph researched the situation and told us that he needs to replace the old piping (~64 years old). That means he has to cut out the wall in a few places to get to the pipes--behind the fridge is a hole about 5.5'x2', by the washing machine is a hole about 5"x5", and under the sink is a hole about 4'x2'. He also created a new cleanout because the original cleanout is not very good. Joseph also installed a new waterline to go to our refrigerator. Before they left, Juan cleaned up everything very well. Joseph even removed the annoying remainder of the protective film that was stuck on the front of our new dishwasher door! Joseph is a very accomplished plumber and we would hire him again.

While at the home after the camera inspection, Ryan told me there was a blockage and the camera did not go all the way through. It was as bad as I expected, and I was really nervous. The video was submitted to Dan. Dan called me and went through a thorough explanation of what they do and what needed to be done to repair and line the pipes. After speaking with Dan, my nerves were calmed. I felt I made the right choice in calling and using Kwik Plumbers. He offered me a fair price and worked with me as we were repeat customers of theirs.
