First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. He explained everything to me (if you know me, you know I need a lot of explaining) and only recommended services that was needed. He explained to me what we needed to have done. He never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We've used two other companies in the past, but with the knowledge and customer service, I would recommend Atlantic Plumbing & Septic all day, everyday. Not to mention how incredibly fair priced they are for their services. For the two hours of service today (and he still needs to come back tomorrow morning), I expected to pay a decent amount from previous experiences. And yet, the price was incredibly reasonable. I developed a leak under the slab a couple of weeks ago. The water was leaking all over the porch. I called in all the big, highest rated plumbing companies in Palm Beach County. I also called my insurance company and they sent the Lousy Hydro Scout to detect the leak with their fancy tools which they do NOT even know how to use. The leak detected by Hydro Scout was in a completely wrong pipe. I called Chris. Chris came in and within a few minutes he told me that the leak was in a completely different pipe than the pipe labeled by Hydro Scout. He fixed the leak for a very reasonable price within an hour. All other plumbing companies wanted me to re-pipe the entire home for thousands of dollars. Chris is An Absolute Genius and an Amazing Person. He is super honest. He literally saved me thousands of thousands of dollars. I have posted pictures with this review. The orange tag on the pipe is from stupid hydro scout and the red circle around the pipe is where the leak is. I can never commend Chris enough for his brilliance and his honesty.

On recommendation from a friend, we contacted Primo Remodeling to provide and install some custom…read morecabinets and a frame around our flat panel TV in our family room. Met with the owner, Anothy, super nice guy and showed him what we wanted. (Wife found the design on the web). Anothy did the measurements and put us in contact with the co-owner, his wife. We purchased all materials from Primo, (except for door pulls) paid for it, and half of the installation cost. Materials were delivered the day before installation, cabinets in boxes and large boxes for the TV framing. The installers were pleasant enough but did not speak fluent English! Why do I bring this up? The installers did not receive coherent direction as to how the installation was to take place. In particular how to install the frame around the TV. After several calls to the owners and showing the installers the design from the web they understood what was expected from them. The cabinets were assembled and installed with perfection, the frame for the TV was installed and the cut outs for outlets, cable, surround sound were professionally completed. It was when it came time to rehang the TV that issues began. The installers could not get the TV to hang properly and to make matters worse, they installed the mounting bracket off center. When confronted with that, with the limited English they could speak, told me that the bracket was damaged. New's to me it was fine before. They also left All of the boxes and other material behind when they left. We contacted the owners and told them of the issues. (Anthony the owner was not the person contacted) You would think that a business owner would be concerned about these relativity small issues. Nope! Everything was our fault, WE let the installer leave without centering the TV and WE purchased the materials (through them) therefore WE are responsible for the disposal of boxes and materials. The tone of the co-owner was beyond RUDE and unprofessional. We will now have to coordinate with the city for pick up as most of this stuff will not fit in a traditional trash can. I don't like to write reviews like this, but you need to be aware that if you use this company, you will get quality materials, good installation (for the most part) and be responsible to clean and dispose materials after the work is completed and expect poor customer service. We hired Primo Remodeling to renovate a bathroom. We never had a final detailed drawing. Just a…read morerough sketch. No referrals. No previous place to see or anyone to talk to. We purchased all materials and paid half installation costs up front. We were out of our home for five months. The only new plumbing was to be in shower. The "permit delays" was the first excuse. We received very few updates, no pictures. When we returned the lights in the bedroom behind the bathroom were disconnected. We needed to hire our own electrician. The electrical box was not to standard. The toilet didn't work. OUR plumber said the parts needed to secure toilet to floor were left INSIDE the toilet. Primo said we had to buy a new toilet which they then installed. Today we had our plumber re- secure toilet. Too long screws. Never caulked! The shower glass we hired on our own. We were told NONE OF THE WALLS are level. The window shade installer agreed. NO WALLS AROUND WINDOW are level. Shade had to be hung crooked to make it APPEAR straight. First time shower was used the SHOWER HEAD fell off. The floor tiling did not go to door!! The minute the repairs were"corrected" someone was at our home to get the final payment. Do not use this company!!!!
