I rented a generator for an event in Boynton Beach. When I got it to the event site I realized that…read moreone of the bolts in the A phase lug was sheared off preventing me from being able to use the lug to land the wire. I called Aldrich to ask if they wanted to send someone out to repair it and I was told I could bring it back if I was not happy. I did not have time to do that so I drilled and tapped the remainder of the bolt out so I could use the machine. When I returned it I asked for a credit because I had to repair their equipment in order to use it. The employee behind the counter did not respond. So I asked if that lack of response meant no. He very abruptly said, "no, we will not give you a credit". Even if he would have knocked $5 off it would have been a nice gesture since I spent an hour of my time making the repair. At the end of the day it is nothing to lose sleep over but it will prevent me from renting from them in the future.

Very professional shop and amazing show room with everything from custom made solid wood doors made in- house, multiple windows/sliding glass doors, cabinets, hardware and tools! Thanks especially to Bobby for providing very specific info on the windows regarding the U factors, SHGC values, latch types and brands. Bobby has worked as a contractor and had personally installed the windows I was interested in his home and could tell me the exact differences between products. Thanks!
