Working with Brian to schedule was a breeze. He was professional and so responsive. It felt like working with a friend. Moving day Bo, Steve and Joe were my movers. Matt said his employees will be at my house on schedule time and I could pay by credit card. They told me I could use my credit card at time of completion with both pick up and drop off. The guys that showed to move our things were in a truck that belonged to a company that was out soured. They were very nice, and this was a Sunday so at time of completion he said I owe $750 And cash only. I was able to give him 550 in cash and a personal check due to banks closed and it was after 5pm I called the next morning and spoke with Laura and she said so sorry, and scheduled me for drop off in 18 days.. Well 16 days later before we moved into the new house and called to reconfirm.. Matt answered and told me he can't get my stuff til the following week . Screwed me totally.. we moved in to house with a blow up mattress that we borrowed. My husband is first responder and I had packed most of his stuff due to it being a short turn around . I called Laura again and pleaded with her I needed out things and she said sorry. So the following week the date Matt gave us same thing happens..Laura swore up and down that a credit card would be fine at drop off , and drop of was after 5pm.. Same guys from Miami dropped my things off and No Credit card.. Never ever use this company..
