Needed to rent a pressure washer. Called up Jason Rents to see if they had some in stock & ready to rent. Said they have plenty to choose from. Stopped by picked one up for the 24hr rental. The staff was nice, friendly, & helpful. The washer worked great & exactly like it should. When returning the washer everything was just as great as picking it up. I'm not sure how Jason Rents got classified as a mover. As far as I know they provide and excellent rental service. Fairly certain they do not provide a moving service. If you know otherwise, please reach out and correct me! Recently, I was called upon by friends from back home in Maine, to get their home In Jupiter in shape for their upcoming arrival. Since I have run a property care business in both states, I agreed, not knowing what I was getting into. I expected a mess from Hurricane Matthew, and some pressure washing and other minor tasks. I contacted Jason Rents in advance, and amazingly, was helped by Jason himself, as I arranged to rent a 4000 psi pressure washer and 20" scrubber. He was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, very helpful, and assured me I would have no problem renting the equipment mid week, as weekends are their busiest time. What a mess I walked into. The landscaper hadn't been there in over a month, the walled garden and pool was overgrown with knee high grass, bougainvillea gone wild, and plenty of leaves and pine needles. I made sure to get to Jason's early the next day, where I rented a commercial grade string trimmer in addition to the pressure washer and scrubber. Jason was friendly and only a little surprised that a small woman was renting this stuff. Worth mentioning that at no point did I feel patronized or condescended to. They provided more than enough string and fuel for the trimmer and fuel for the pressure washer, which I did not expect, but makes sense, I was able to accomplish those jobs in a few hours, and returned the equipment to his very nice helper in the service/ maintenance area. I then proceeded to rent a hedge trimmer and went back to work, I had brought my own leaf blower along. When I came back in short order, he knocked the rental fee to the half day rate. Along the way, at my request, he offered a few suggestions of more reputable landscapers I could try. I'm actually looking forward to needing to rent tools in that area again, because he made it so pleasant, and hassle free. I wish he had a shop in the Daytona area!! read more
